The states of generalized fibrinolysis (dissolution of blood clots) include liver diseases, malignant neoplasms in the prostate and pancreas, complications of fibrinolytic therapy of hemorrhagic nature. This category also includes bleeding during pregnancy, after childbirth, during surgery and after interventions, chorion detachment, manual detachment, thrombocytopenic purpura.

The conditions of local fibrinolysis include bleeding of the gastrointestinal, pulmonary, nasal, uterine, after prostatectomy, extraction of the tooth in patients with hemorrhagic diathesis, after coning (cone-shaped cut) of the cervix in the background of carcinoma.

The drug "Traneksam" (pills) instruction additionally recommends the use in inflammatory diseases in the oral cavity (stomatitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis), aphtha (ulcers) of the oral mucosa. The drug is prescribed for allergic diseases (toxic and medicinal rash, hives, eczema, allergic dermatitis), as well as angioedema edema of hereditary nature.

Intravenous injected ten milligrams per kilogram of weight. After the operation, prescribe the tablet form of the medicine.
