So, we prepare simple dishes from chicken and mushrooms, for example, salad from a chicken breast, mushrooms, pineapples and cheese .

For a salad you need: one large chicken fillet, 3 eggs, 300 g of mushrooms, 150 grams of cheese, 0.5 cans of canned pineapple, a small onion, 3 cloves of garlic, a little mayonnaise.

Preparation of salad begins with frying mushrooms. Preliminarily they are cleaned and cut into slices. Slices should not be made very thin, as fried mushrooms in a salad should be juicy. Champignons are fried in oil. Chicken fillet without skin is boiled with a small amount of salt. The cooled fillets are cut into small cubes. Boiled chicken eggs are also cut into pieces. Cheese is better to grate. Canned pineapples, previously removed and laid out in a colander, cut into pieces. All the cut products are mixed. Chopped garlic is added to mayonnaise and makes from it a dressing for salad. All ingredients are mixed and salted to taste. This salad can be decorated with fresh herbs.

Dishes from chicken and mushrooms are very diverse. Among them are a variety of rolls, baked in the oven. This dish looks very festive, so a roll of chicken with mushrooms is prepared for special occasions. But such a roll can be cooked and more often, because the recipe is not complicated and the preparation process is not so laborious.

Necessary products: 1 kg of fillets, 2 large onions, 0.5 kg of ceps (or any other), 80 g of cheese, butter, chopped walnuts (handfuls), garlic, sour cream, salt, greens (parsley, dill), sunflower oil.

Onion, cut into half rings, fried in oil. To it add finely chopped mushrooms and stew them under the lid until the juice evaporates. After that mushrooms are fried until golden brown. The pieces of fillets are beaten so that one thin layer is formed. He put it on a tray with food film. Fillet is salted and peppered. On it, pour the chopped garlic and evenly distribute it over the entire surface. The layer is rubbed with vegetable oil and left to marinate for 0.5 hours. On the fillet evenly spread fried mushrooms, grated cheese, nuts, chopped greens.

With the help of a film, a roll is formed, which is tied with a thread along its entire length. Put the roll on a prepared baking sheet, lubricate it with butter and cover with foil. Bake this dish in the oven should be at medium temperature. After 20 minutes, the foil is removed and the roll is smeared with sour cream. Leave the roll for a few more minutes in the oven. With the finished roll, remove the thread and cut it into portions.

Dishes from chicken and mushrooms from French cuisine are distinguished by their exquisite taste and exotic names. There are several recipes for preparing such dishes, but we will focus only on one. The following is a recipe for chicken fricassee with mushrooms . For this dish you need: chicken - 1 kg, mushrooms - 500 g, salt, butter - 130 g, garlic - 1 tooth, vegetable oil - 50 ml, greens, peppers.

The processed and washed chicken is cut into pieces. Pieces of chicken are fried in a saucepan in vegetable oil. Fry it over medium heat. To the fried chicken add 70 g butter butter. Everyone gets angry and peppered. In the sauté pan, add a little water and stew the chicken for 5 minutes. Prepared and chopped mushrooms are fried on the remaining butter 10 minutes. Mushrooms are laid out in the saucepan, after which everything is stewed for another 15 minutes. Dish generously sprinkled with herbs and chopped garlic.
