While eggplants are cooling, prepare the sauce: take the juice from half a lemon, squeeze into it a pair of cloves of garlic, add three spoons of soy sauce and vegetable oil. Salting salad is not necessary. Because the salt is in soy sauce. All thoroughly mix and leave until completely cooled. Delicious!

Baked eggplants with tomato and cheese

Slice blue with large circles, fold them on a baking tray and sprinkle them with vegetable oil. Also cut the tomatoes in circles - put them on top of eggplants and salt. Then rub on a grater a pair of pink tomatoes and the resulting gruel add to the vegetables. Stew for another five minutes, add hot water (about 200 ml) and simmer until cooked.
