Pleasant with useful: cocktails with ginger for weight loss
In Sanskrit, "ginger" means nothing other than "a remedy for all ailments." The latter property is especially attractive for those who want to lose weight. All sorts of dishes, salads, teas, cocktails with ginger for weight loss have become part of the famous diets.
Until recently we looked with surprise at this quaint root on the shelves of supermarkets. And today ginger had time to rasprobovat already many. Spicy, spicy and juicy, it is perceived no longer as an addition to sushi in Japanese restaurants, but as a perfectly worthy component of our vegetable menu. So, we prepare ourselves teas and cocktails with ginger for weight loss - and, accordingly, grow thin!

Oh, how much time was wasted, until we knew about the wonderful action of ginger! And all the miracle is that this product powerfully enhances the metabolism, removing from the body all unnecessary foods, including excess fat. And the problem of obesity, strictly speaking, is not that a person eats a lot, but that he has bad metabolic processes.
So, teas and cocktails with ginger for weight loss. About one drink we already told, the truth, in connection with catarrhal diseases. But the fact is that ginger, being in any dish or drink, in fresh form or as a seasoning, actively burns fat. If you take the habit of adding a few thin slices of this spice (grams ten-fifteen) each time, then you will not be overshadowed by excess fat. A real ginger tea is brewed this way: two tablespoons with the top of grated ginger, finely chopped half of lemon are poured with boiling water (1.5 liters), covered with a lid and soared under a towel. A little later, 5-6 spoonfuls of honey are added. An hour later you can drink.
Very delicious and effective is a cocktail: lemon, ginger (100 g), fresh from six carrots, a tablespoon of grated celery, mix two glasses of mineral water in a blender, pour into a beautiful glass and decorate with a sprig of mint. A tremendous feeling!
Sometimes cocktails with ginger for weight loss combine incompatible - as it seems to us. So, if you add half a teaspoon of ground ginger and cinnamon to a glass of kefir, mix it, let stand for 15 minutes and drink for half an hour before eating, and so three times a day for a whole week - you really lose weight.
However, we must not forget about contraindications. Since ginger - a sharp product, it is better to forget about peptic ulcers, allergic people, and cores. And at night it is undesirable to take it - it increases the tone too much.
