1st step

Pre-rinse thoroughly all the mushrooms. Grind, if the caps are large, small can be left entirely. From this number of ingredients you should get a 3-liter soup pan. So, washed mushrooms put in water and put on the stove for boiling.

Step 2

To prepare this soup you will need:

  • Mushrooms champignons - 800 g;
  • Potatoes in the amount of 200 g (approximately 2 medium roots);
  • One small carrot (about 70 g);
  • One or two heads of onions;
  • Millet - 50 g;
  • A piece (about 20 g) of butter;
  • Dill, salt;
  • Sour cream as an adjunct to the dish.

Technology of preparation

Wash mushrooms, if necessary cut them into small slices. Pour water and cook on the stove. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions. Cut into small pieces (use a large grater for carrots). In butter, fry the onions and carrots. After the foam is removed from the mushroom broth , you can attach potatoes to the mushrooms. Millet rinse and add to the pan. After 15 minutes, put the vegetable fry. Boil the soup until the ingredients are ready. In the end add the chopped dill and salt to taste.
