  • Milk powder - 1 tbsp. L .;
  • Fresh garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • Ground pepper - at discretion;
  • Small chicken egg - 1 pc.

"Beloboka" is a ham, which is well suited not only for the preparation of pressed meat, but also for creating a delicious and fragrant ham. In order to do it, you need to take the chicken fillet, wash it well and cut with a knife into medium pieces. Next, you need to separate the meat of chicken thighs from the bones and grind it in a blender. After that, both products should be mixed, add all the remaining ingredients to them and rammed into a ham, where it is recommended to place the culinary sleeve.

For further heat treatment, the kitchen appliance needs to be tightened and placed on a rubber mat in the bowl of the multivark.
