But modern dietetics has long invented many alternative ways to lose weight, among them - a chemical diet. It is based not on calculating the calorie content of a daily diet, but on studying special chemical processes that occur in the human body.
- Use unlimited amount of water.
- It is forbidden to use any oils, all food is cooked without broths, it is allowed to add salt, pepper and garlic.
- If the diet was interrupted at a certain stage, then it should begin again.
- In no case do not change the set of products, since the chemical diet is designed specifically for a certain combination of enzymes and nutrients coming from food.
In principle, the diet of this diet is designed for four weeks, only this will ensure a guaranteed result of weight loss. However, a chemical diet for 2 weeks can also bring an excellent result. It is worth noting that for the first two weeks the breakfast will be the same, it will consist of two hard-boiled eggs, and half of any citrus - orange or grapefruit.
Week One
The Monday menu. For lunch - any fruit, only one kind, in any quantity. For dinner - lean meat, veal or chicken, in a boiled form.
The menu is Tuesday. For lunch - a chicken breast, cooked without skin. Dinner - two hard-boiled eggs, a salad of vegetables (forbidden starchy vegetables), a small citrus fruit, a piece of rye bread.

The Friday menu. For lunch to choose from: green peas, carrots or zucchini, as well as 2 hard-boiled eggs. Dinner - any small citrus, as well as marine non-fat fish.
The Saturday menu. For lunch - one kind of fruit. For dinner - white cabbage (in any form), lean meat, grapefruit or orange.
Sunday menu. For lunch - chicken, cooked or baked, white cabbage, citrus. For dinner - fresh vegetables in a salad, excluding beets and carrots.
