Diet chemical - an interesting way to get rid of excess weight

But modern dietetics has long invented many alternative ways to lose weight, among them - a chemical diet. It is based not on calculating the calorie content of a daily diet, but on studying special chemical processes that occur in the human body.

In fact, the chemical diet, the reviews of which promise to lose weight in weight up to 28 kilograms, has some features. Of course, the schedule itself is based on the use of certain products during the day, and some products can be used without restrictions. Accordingly, those for whom the chemical diet will be the way to achieve the intended goal, are unlikely to experience a feeling of hunger, inherent in diets with greater restrictions, both in terms of food and in its quantity. The main features of the diet are the following:

  • Use unlimited amount of water.
  • It is forbidden to use any oils, all food is cooked without broths, it is allowed to add salt, pepper and garlic.
  • If the diet was interrupted at a certain stage, then it should begin again.
  • In no case do not change the set of products, since the chemical diet is designed specifically for a certain combination of enzymes and nutrients coming from food.

In principle, the diet of this diet is designed for four weeks, only this will ensure a guaranteed result of weight loss. However, a chemical diet for 2 weeks can also bring an excellent result. It is worth noting that for the first two weeks the breakfast will be the same, it will consist of two hard-boiled eggs, and half of any citrus - orange or grapefruit. Below is a chemical diet, designed for two weeks. If desired, after two weeks, you can repeat this diet again.

Week One

The Monday menu. For lunch - any fruit, only one kind, in any quantity. For dinner - lean meat, veal or chicken, in a boiled form.

The menu is Tuesday. For lunch - a chicken breast, cooked without skin. Dinner - two hard-boiled eggs, a salad of vegetables (forbidden starchy vegetables), a small citrus fruit, a piece of rye bread.

Environment menu. For lunch - a tomato, cheese is hard, a piece of rye bread. Dinner - lean boiled meat, poultry or veal.

The Thursday menu. For lunch - unsweetened fruit variety (unlimited). Dinner - veal lenten or poultry, salad, which includes cabbage and cucumbers, as a seasoning - a couple of drops of olive oil.

The Friday menu. For lunch to choose from: green peas, carrots or zucchini, as well as 2 hard-boiled eggs. Dinner - any small citrus, as well as marine non-fat fish.

The Saturday menu. For lunch - one kind of fruit. For dinner - white cabbage (in any form), lean meat, grapefruit or orange.

Sunday menu. For lunch - chicken, cooked or baked, white cabbage, citrus. For dinner - fresh vegetables in a salad, excluding beets and carrots.

Second week

The Monday menu. For lunch - lean meat, fresh vegetables without restrictions. Dinner - any citrus, two hard-boiled eggs.

The menu is Tuesday. For lunch - vegetables with herbs, seasoned with olive oil, lean meat. Dinner - citrus, two hard-boiled eggs.

Environment menu. For lunch - lean meat, fresh vegetables. Dinner - citrus (you can have 4 mandarins), 2 eggs.

The Thursday menu. For lunch - 2 eggs, white cabbage (in any form), Parmesan. Supper - meat (chicken or veal).

The Friday menu. For lunch - sea fish, necessarily low-fat. Dinner - lean meat.

The Saturday menu. For lunch - fresh tomato, orange or grapefruit, lean poultry or veal. Dinner - cooked vegetables, without meat broth, lean meat (veal or poultry)

Sunday menu. For lunch - veal lean or poultry, cabbage, tomato, citrus. Dinner - veal or poultry, cooked vegetables.
