Delicious fried bananas - recipe for their preparation

One of the easiest to prepare desserts is fried bananas, the recipe of which, in addition to being elementary, also has several variations. To begin with, let's just try and fry this fruit in a frying pan - this will be the first variant of the dish. For this we need:

- one banana;

- Cream and vegetable oil;

- several spoons of flour;

- coffee liqueur;

- rum.

First of all, cut the banana. It is possible in the form of circles - so it will be much easier to cook them. You can cut it and along, only in this case it needs to be turned very carefully, so as not to break pieces of fruit. However, in the end, the dessert will look much more attractive. Then you need to roll the pieces of fruit in flour.

We take a frying pan, heat it on a plate and put a piece of butter. After it melts, add the vegetable oil. Spread the bananas into the oil in the frying pan. After a few minutes, pour the rum, about one tablespoon, and let it spread evenly over the entire area of the frying pan. In the process of frying periodically turn the fruit. - 8 bananas of medium size;

- pancake and rice flour - 85 g each;

- lemon juice in the amount of 2 teaspoons;

- vegetable oil;

- half a teaspoon of cinnamon;

- 1 tablespoon of starch;

- cream;

- brown sugar - 4 tablespoons.

If you want to cook fried bananas in batter, the sequence of actions will be the following. First, cut the bananas beautifully and put the pieces in any convenient container. To ensure that the fruits do not darken, they are sprinkled with lemon juice. Starch, flour and cinnamon are carefully sieved through a sieve. Mix the batter by adding drinking water. We take a pan of Chinese wok type. It is a deep container with a convex bottom, the diameter of which is sufficiently small. Warm it up and add oil. After it is almost smoke, we reduce the fire on the stove. Pieces of bananas one by one carefully lower completely into the dough, shake off excess and load into the pan. Fry for 10-15 minutes. We prepare a plate with brown sugar. We take bananas from a frying pan, roll them in sugar and put them in cream cakes with cream. The dessert is ready!
