We tend to perceive bananas as desserts, and for those countries where they grow, they serve as second bread, that is, a strategic product that successfully replaces garnishes, bread, potatoes and meat. In Cuba, bananas are very popular, and in Australia they are deep-fried. Although the Europeans are not used to cooking some dishes from them, many are already interested in the question of how to fry bananas. Such a love for these fruits is not at all accidental, because besides the remarkable taste, they are also very useful for the minerals and trace elements contained in them.

How to fry bananas stuffed in deep frying

To prepare this dish you will need a set of products: unripe bananas - 10 pieces, melted butter - 4 large spoons, crushed nuts - a glass, pitted raisins - 2 large spoons, as well as half a spoonful of nutmeg and cardamom, half a glass of sugar, coconut Shaving - 3 large spoons, butter for deep-frying. Now you can go directly to how to fry bananas. In a frying pan heat the melted butter, pour in the nuts for roasting, stir until they are painted brown. Next, you need to add raisins, cardamom and nutmeg, mix everything carefully, and then you can remove it from the fire. Slice the peeled bananas. Heat the remaining oil in a clean frying pan and fry bananas on it, stirring occasionally until they are covered with brown spots and softened. After that, you can add sugar and, while stirring, fry another 15 minutes, until the whole mixture has acquired the necessary density.

The dishes can be removed from the fire when the mass acquires a more uniform consistency. After that, the banana paste should cool down. Divide the finished mixture into 15 parts, one of which is mixed with the previously prepared filling. The filling is then divided into 14 parts. Form the remaining weight of cakes, then make in each of them a groove, in which and place the filling. Combine the edges of the flat cake and form neat balls. In the saucepan it is necessary to heat up the oil, in which the products will be roasted. It is necessary to watch, that they did not stick together with each other. Take out the balls and let the excess oil drain off, then they can be laid out on a dish where they will be sprinkled with coconut chips. You can serve such fried bananas in chocolate - then they will acquire a more piquant taste.

How to fry bananas with coconut chips

For this dish you need a food package: bananas - 3 pieces, flour - half a cup, three spoons of coconut chips and olive oil. Bananas must be peeled and cut into slices, roll them in flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bananas on both sides. After they get a nice golden color, they can be put on a dish, then sprinkle with coconut shavings and invite everyone to the table. You can serve fried bananas in caramel, from which their taste will become even more unusual.
