For cooking, take 115 grams of butter, 225 grams of flour (sifted), 200 grams of cottage cheese, 250 grams of sugar, three eggs of chicken, half a small spoonful of baking powder, a little vanilla and powdered sugar. Do not forget about the most important ingredient - pears (3 pieces). To start, beat the sugar with butter until smooth. Then add cottage cheese, vanilla and eggs. We mix everything thoroughly. Now pour in the flour mixed with the baking powder. It should be a homogeneous, not very steep dough. We spread it in the pre-greased form. Peeled and sliced into slices, we put into the dough through some intervals in an arbitrary order. We put curd cake with pear in the oven. The baking time is approximately 60 minutes, provided that the temperature is 170 degrees. We check the readiness with a wooden stick. You can make mini-muffins with a pear in small molds.

Chocolate-almond cake

For cooking you need: 3 eggs of chicken, 4 small pears, 100 grams of ground almonds, a large spoon of baking powder, 80 grams of flour, 100 grams of sugar, two large spoons of cocoa and 100 ml of olive oil. First you need to beat eggs with sugar and add olive oil to them. The next ingredient is ground almonds. Mix everything and pour in flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. It should not be a very thick dough. Pour it into the mold and stick in whole pears, slightly pressing them. The fruit does not even need to remove the tail. It will look spectacular in the finished baking. Cupcakes with pears will be ready in 40 minutes, if the temperature is set at 180 degrees. Before you make a cupcake with pear and chocolate, you must warm the oven to 170 degrees and lubricate the mold. Now mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa, soda, cinnamon and sugar. All carefully mixed. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, butter and yogurt. Next, you need to combine these two mixtures, pouring the liquid part into a dry one. Mix everything and pour the dough into a mold. Separately mix the ingredients for the glaze. We pour peeled peels in this mixture and lightly heat them in the form with the dough. Put the chocolate cake with pears in the oven. Bake the dessert for about 50 minutes and serve it to the table.

Cupcake with pears of oatmeal

A useful and tasty dessert for breakfast, which will appeal to small ghosts. You will need 110 grams of oat flakes, 2 eggs, 110 grams of sugar, 5 small pears, a pinch of salt, 1 bag of baking powder, a little raisins, 110 grams of sour cream, a handful of walnuts, lemon juice and half a small spoonful of nutmeg. All pears are peeled. Half of them cut into cubes, and the rest three with the help of a grater. We pour fruit on the juice of lemon so that they do not change their color. Separately mix flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and oatmeal flakes. Add to this mixture eggs, sour cream, raisins and nuts. Mix everything and spread the dough into molds. To prepare these cupcakes, it will take three days, but the result is worth it. First, prepare a mixture of spices, which is useful not only in this recipe. Mix half of a small spoon of cloves and sweet pepper, two spoons of ginger and 2.5 tablespoons of cinnamon and nutmeg. All the ingredients are ground. Pour them into a dry jar and store it in closed form. Next, you should prepare mulled wine. Pour into a container 200 ml of semisweet, white wine. Add to it three large spoons of sugar, a spoonful of honey, a peel of one orange, zest and juice of one lemon, juice of two sweet oranges, two cloves, two cinnamon sticks, vanilla (pod), a little nutmeg, cardamom and ginger. We put everything on the fire and warm it up. Pears are peeled and, if possible, from seeds, not cutting them. When the mulled wine boils, remove it from the fire, put pears in it and cover it with a lid. Leave the fruit for three days in this drink. At this time, of 100 grams of fried nuts and 100 grams of sugar, you need to make caramel. Each nutlet should be covered with it. Three days later, when the pears are stuck, we start preparing the dough. This will require: 315 grams of milk, a mixture of spices, 25 grams of sugar, a little lemon zest, 210 grams of sugar, 255 grams of honey, a pinch of salt, 195 grams of brown sugar, 4 eggs, 245 grams of flour and 140 grams of buckwheat flour. We take the pears from the mulled wine, lightly dried and cut into pieces. Mix the butter with sugar, honey and salt. Then add the eggs and all the ingredients. All mix. We put pears and evenly distribute them in the test. We spread the dough into molds, and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes. A cake with whole pears is, of course, original. But here the taste of fruit is distributed more evenly.

To do this, take 2 eggs, 1.5 cups of sifted flour, 3 medium sized pears, 1 glass of sugar, 50 grams of butter, 1 cup of kefir, a large spoonful of lemon juice and a baking powder.
