In the classic version of the recipe, apples are used as fillings, because they are quite available at any time of the year. However, this is not the only option, instead of them you can use other fruits or berries, because the biscuit dough is not bad combined with all the products.

And you can make a cake not only sweet. It is also good to cook with chicken, spinach, egg and green onions, fish and many other ingredients. In this case, there is no limit to imagination. What taste preferences exist, as many variants of this pie can be prepared.

Cake with raspberries

For example, a dessert pie will turn out very tasty if you use berries as a filling. It is very easy to prepare a charlotte with raspberries. The recipe is quite simple and contains the following ingredients: chicken eggs in an amount of 5-6 pieces, sugar and wheat flour of the highest grade - 250 grams (glass), fresh raspberries - half a kilogram, vanilla to taste.

It should be noted that the dough for the classic charlotte is biscuit, so the recipes for its preparation are usually identical.

However, there are several ways to prepare this homemade baking. Many housewives, of course, use all sorts of secrets so that the charlotte with raspberries or any other stuffing turns out lush and tasty. But the main trick is to properly whip the squirrels.
