Ice cream fried - an unusual dessert

All children love the sweet, of course, not like adults. Children are sweet as a holiday dish, no matter what it is: candy, biscuits, ice cream. Caramel, whipped cream, soft cream, candied fruit - any dish for little sweet tooth is almost a royal feast. And what about the adults? Adults also love sweet, but completely different. We are afraid to grow fat from a beautiful tender cake and therefore more than one or two will not be eaten, and children are ready to eat them kilograms. Desserts are great, there are simple desserts, uncomplicated, one-component, but at the same time invariably tasty, but come with complex ornaments, different compositions. Perhaps the most unusual dessert is ice cream fried. How's the fried? It's very simple. But in fact it then will melt? No and no again! You just need to know the little secrets of cooking.

Ice cream, fried

  • One hundred and fifty grams of filling;
  • one egg;
  • Sweet corn flakes;
  • A lot of oil for deep fat.

Using a blender or a coffee grinder, chop sweet cornflakes into small crumbs. Mix the egg with a mixer until lush. Spoon for ice cream to form balls and put them on deep freezing in the refrigerator. Get out, roll in flakes, then put for a couple of seconds in the egg, and then back into the cereal and again to freeze in the refrigerator. Heat the deep fryer to a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees. If you do not have deep-frying, then you can use a deep saucepan, which pours out the oil and heats up. Prepared in this way, the ice cream is taken from the freezer and lowered into boiling oil for a few seconds. We get it, put it on a plate and decorate it with whipped cream, melted chocolate, coconut shavings. It is important that keeping the balls in the oil should be just a little bit so that the ice cream does not have time to melt.

Hot ice cream

  • Ice cream - four hundred grams;
  • Egg whites - eight pieces;
  • Powdered sugar - one glass;
  • Vanilla sugar or vanillin to taste;
  • Ready biscuit - two hundred grams;
  • Fresh soft pear or canned - two hundred grams.

Ice cream is frozen at the lowest temperature. Whisk egg whipping together with the sugar powder and vanillin mixer in the foam, we cool in the refrigerator. We cut biscuit into pieces, put some on a baking tray, put pears cut into circles on top of it, then put ice cream, the remaining pears and biscuit. Using a pastry bag on the sides and top of the dessert, squeeze out the beaten protein to make a small meringue. Bake in the oven until the meringue is ready. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can decorate the dessert with fresh mint leaves.

Frozen ice-cream with coconut

  • Five hundred grams of ice cream;
  • two eggs;
  • One hundred grams of coconut chips;
  • Sweet biscuits or biscuit crumbs a hundred grams;
  • butter.

Ice cream cut into blocks in the thickness of two centimeters, freeze in the refrigerator. Egg whisk until fluffy. Ice cream to get and in turn dip first in coconut shavings, then in the egg, and finally in the crackers, again freezing in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes. In the deep frying pan or deep frying pan pour a little more a liter of sunflower oil, you can pour less or more, the main thing is that it completely conceals our brusochki. Heat the oil. In the hot oil we lower the prepared bars of ice cream, fry for a few seconds, we take out and decorate at our discretion.

As you can see, such a wonderful and unusual dish, like fried ice cream, is absolutely easy to prepare. Preparation of such dessert takes very little time, and the result can amaze your relatives and friends. It can be decorated with fresh fruits, various berries, mint, syrups, chocolate grated and hot, whipped cream, condensed milk. Adults and children will gladly eat such ice cream, the cooking recipe will suit even the housewives without experience.
