So, for the preparation of cutlets, we need 500 grams of minced meat, 1 egg, two slices of white bread or a loaf (white bread gives splendor to cutlets), 100 grams of any hard cheese, two medium-sized onions, salt to taste and breadcrumbs for breading (if biscuits No, you can dry any loaf in the oven and grind it with a rolling pin or coffee grinder). In order for the mass to be homogeneous and the cutlets with cheese turned out delicious, forcemeat again we pass through a meat grinder, and along with it bread and onions. Then add egg to the mass, grated cheese, salt and mix. Next, we form the cutlets and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. I'm not a supporter of fried chops, so I avoid frying. And still it is possible to prepare such cutlets with cheese on pair, in this case they will approach for a feed of small children.

I want to share another original recipe for cutlets. I once recognized him from my cousin. So, let's cook cutlets with cheese inside . For cooking, we need 300 grams of chicken, 300 grams of homemade meat, two large onions, 200 grams of melted cheese (I take cream in a foil), 1 egg, a clove of garlic, a handful of manga, salt and greens. Minced meat, we combine, we mix everything. Onion and garlic finely chop and combine with minced meat. Then add the egg, the mango to the meat mass, mix everything until a homogeneous meat mass is obtained. Cheese cut into large cubes, parsley leaves are not touched, leave as is. We form cutlets: we divide the minced meat into 7-8 parts, each part is rolled into a flat cake, in the middle we put a piece of cheese, a leaf of parsley and wrap the cutlet. Cheese and greens should not protrude. We put the cutlets on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven until ready. Well, that's all, cutlets with cheese filling are ready. As a side dish, you can cook mashed potatoes, any porridge, stewed vegetables.

In general, cutlets with cheese in the oven are very delicious, when they are still baked around the house spreads a fragrant smell of meat.
