Especially it is worth noting that the games in the series have accumulated for more than ten - just some of them are not numbered and are located between other parts.

At the moment nothing is known about this game so much - the plot, some locations, where battles will be fought, and, of course, several heroes of Mortal Kombat X. The first announcement of this part of the series was made in April 2014, and from that moment the project has become increasingly rumored. For example, it became known that the events of this game will occur within twenty five years from the end of the previous one. Even this information mostly refers to the characters that will be presented. The fact is that this is a fairly long time interval, so in the game you will meet both old and beloved heroes, and new ones, which you have not yet seen in any of the previous games. This will be the main difference between Mortal Kombat X. Characters will be much older, and some will not be any more. But you can get acquainted with other characters, for example, descendants of previous characters. Therefore, you will not be bored for sure. In addition, before the release of the game itself, perhaps, there will be some more intriguing information.

Innovations in the game

In Mortal Kombat X, characters will be of primary importance, as they begin to tell a completely new story. But there will be other interesting innovations, which were not previously in any of the games. For example, it is worth noting the increased interactivity of the environment. Previously, only in some games it was possible to meet some single object that could be used in the battle. As for this episode of the game, here in each of the locations there will be a set of items with which the player can interact. As in the previous parts of the game, you will find here objects with which you can act on your opponent to inflict damage to him. Only if earlier it was just a banal gray stone, now it will be something special - in the forest, say, it will be a branch, and in the bazaar - a person from the crowd. Separately it is worth noting that fact that on the screen there will appear objects from which you can start. For example, in the same forest you will be able to push off the tree trunk to accelerate, and in one of the other locations you will find a tent awning that you can use to increase the height of the jump. Scorpio

The first character that appeared during the announcement of the new game of the series is Scorpio. For this hero, age does not matter, so in Mortal Kombat X, his appearance was to be expected without question. After all, the original Scorpio was killed for a long time, since then he acts as a ghost, which was reborn in the Underworld and always on the side of the forces of evil. As before, he confronts another ninja, who is called Sab-Zero - he was also present in all the episodes of the game, but is not a ghost. As before, Scorpio uses snakes flying out of his hands to hit the opponent and draw him to him, but in addition he has a fairly large assortment of abilities that he can successfully apply in the fight against the enemy. Of course, it is not yet known what opportunities Scorpio will have from Mortal Kombat X. But what the first trailer demonstrates to gamers is very promising.

Sub Zero

One of the most colorful characters of the series will appear in the new game Mortal Kombat X. This players were able to learn from the first trailer, which demonstrated the confrontation between two sworn enemies - Scorpio and Sab-Zero. For the first time in the series, this character was completely different - he had the same abilities, but was an older brother. Quite quickly it was destroyed by Scorpio, therefore practically in all subsequent games of the series it is the younger brother that appears. As before, the basic techniques and abilities of the Sab-Zero are based on the handling of ice. He can freeze his opponent, throw clumps at him, create his own ice copy, and so on. Later he was turned into a cyborg to reduce the chances that the Scorpion would kill him, like his older brother. As a result, the Sab-Zero story line is rather confusing, and even the above-mentioned trailer does not tell exactly who is hiding behind the Sab-Zero mask in Mortal Kombat X. Perhaps in the near future this will be shed light, and maybe this will be one of those Puzzles that gamers will have to solve on their own in the process of passing the game.

Di Vora

The first trailer Mortal Kombat X may seem that the game will be attended only by the old characters, because there are fighting exactly those who have already seen the fans of the series, and not once. But in fact the next presentation of this game was opened by the fact that in this episode there will be enough new heroes. The first among them is Di Vora, which is not just unusual, it is amazing. The fact is that she is a representative of the race, which previously was not in the universe of MC - insect people. For battles, she uses insects, in particular bees, and does it very effectively. Unfortunately, for the time being he and her race have very little information available, so users will have to wait before they learn more about this heroine, Mortal Kombat X. Ferra and Torr

Kotal Kahn

Most important, most likely, will have Kotal Kahn. As it became known, he is the new ruler of the Outward World, the successor of Shao Kahn. Of course, all the new characters of Mortal Kombat X play important roles, but Kotal Kahn is still one of the most significant, as he replaces the main villain of the previous parts. Quan Chi

Quan Chi is one of the most powerful sorcerers in the entire universe. It was not available until the fourth part of the series, but from the moment of introduction it became one of the most popular and popular. He is an adviser to Shao Kahn, but this character is unlikely to be in the new game, so one can only guess what role the developers will take him. Given the presence in the game of Scorpio and Sab-Zero, who became ghosts thanks to him, the plot can acquire an unexpected turn.
