It was thanks to the excellent taste and availability of cooking that this kind of cheesecake became so popular.

So, in order to cook this delicacy, you need to take a cookie (which, however, can be replaced with sweet crackers), butter, sugar, lemon zest, vanillin, salt, eggs, flour and, of course, cottage cheese. The icing will make only the tastier cheese cheesecake, the recipe for glaze we also give.

So, you need to break 300 grams of biscuit or sweet cracker in a meat grinder or blender. Add about half a cup of melted butter and 3-4 tablespoons of sugar. Stir by hand until a certain homogeneous mass is obtained. Put the dough in a split mold with a radius of 12-13 centimeters and tamper. Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for about 9 minutes. Take out the dough and cool a little.

900-950 grams of cottage cheese at room temperature, whip with a mixer, and a half glasses of sugar, zest of half a lemon, a tablespoon of vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Then add 3-4 tablespoons of flour and continue to beat. Introduce 5 large chicken eggs one by one and continue whipping until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Lubricate the form with oil (wall). Pour the resulting mixture onto the cake. Under the form put a bowl of a smaller size, half filled with water. To send in an oven for an hour. Cheesecake cheesecake is ready, if the edges are roasted, and the middle is slightly gelatinous, like jelly.
