Prepare a chocolate cake is much easier than it may seem when you look at the picture with this amazing treat. Experienced housewives know that creating a chocolate masterpiece requires a set of completely simple products.

One of the simplest recipes is chocolate cake stuffed with cottage cheese.

Ingredients: margarine cake, 2 tablespoons butter butter, eggs (6 pcs), ≈ 400 g of sugar, ≈ 80-100 g of cocoa, ≈200 g of any chocolate, a bag of baking powder for the dough, salt, 400-500 g of cottage cheese, vanillin.

For the test ≈100 g of chocolate (one tile), melt together with the margarine on a steam bath to the consistency of thick sour cream. 4 eggs to combine with sugar, whisk before making a mass of white color, add cocoa to it. Pour in the chocolate-margarine mixture. Before you start mixing the resulting mass with flour, it is necessary to pour salt and baking powder into the flour. Combine all the ingredients for the chocolate dough and knead it to a uniform consistency and color.

To prepare the curd filling, you need to grind the cottage cheese, add 2 eggs and half a sachet of vanillin in the mass, mix everything well.

To prevent the pie from burning during baking, the form should be covered with parchment. Pour a piece of dough into the mold, put a top on it, cover it with a new layer of dough. Repeat the layers until the dough and filling are finished. To complete laying the layers, be sure to test it so that the filling does not overdry during baking.

For baking, place the cake in the oven for about an hour. During this time, you should prepare chocolate fondant for decoration. Melt the remaining chocolate on a steam bath, adding a little cocoa and butter to it.

You can apply a sweet pudding to a ready-made pie while it is still warm: then the top will be impregnated. Chocolate cake is ready. Additional decorations can be placed on top of the chocolate glaze as dictated to you by your culinary fantasy.

Chocolate cake with apples

Appetizing pie with sweet and sour apples can create such exquisite taste combinations, which many did not even guess.

For preparation it will be required: half a kilogram of apples, a glass of sugar, half a plate of chocolate, 3 eggs, half a butter briquette, a bag of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, a little cognac (or liquor).

Grate the chocolate on the grater. Peeled apples cut into quarters. Whisk butter (softened) with sugar and eggs, add cognac (liquor), chocolate and mix well. Then put flour into the flour and baking powder and cocoa, mix everything with the finished chocolate mass. The dough, which should be thick, place it in a mold and flatten it with a spoon, put apples on top, pressing them slightly into the dough.

Bake a chocolate cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Cool the finished pie, cut into pieces, sprinkle with powder, decorate with berries.

Chocolate pie without flour

This option will please all chocolate lovers, as well as those who care about the figure, since this recipe does not contain flour. The resultant pie, in comparison with others, is much less caloric.

For cooking, take ≈270-300 g of sugar, eggs (5 pieces), butter briquettes, 2 milk and 1 bitter chocolate bars.

Mix egg whiskers with 100 g of sugar for 15 minutes. Dissolve the remaining sugar in 100 ml of water, boil for 3-4 minutes, then add the chocolate, pre-broken into pieces. Stir with a spoon to dissolve completely. After that, put oil here. Slightly cooled chocolate liquid is combined with the egg mass, mix everything well.

Remove the parchment with a parchment, pour in the resulting mixture and put the form on a water bath to give all the ingredients to properly dissolve.

A pie is prepared ≈35 minutes in the oven, heated to 175 degrees. When the middle of the cake has hardened, open the oven and let the cake stand for 5 minutes. Cook the finished chocolate cake by turning the cooled shape over, place it on the dish. Saturate with wine sauce. Can be served to the table.
