Cooking tasty - buckwheat with champignons

There are dishes to which we are accustomed from childhood. To those dishes belongs buckwheat. She cooks quickly and at the same time very tasty and healthy. But how to make familiar dishes acquire a new taste? Especially for this we have prepared a few simple and delicious recipes for cooking buckwheat in a new way.

Buckwheat with champignons in a merchant manner

For cooking, you will need:

  • Two glasses of buckwheat;
  • 400 grams of champignons (you can take other mushrooms);
  • Two onions;
  • one egg;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • Four tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Cooking method:

Buckwheat must be cooked in the usual way (two cups of buckwheat pour 4 cups of water, a little salt, then add a little oil and put on a small fire). While grains are boiled, fry onions and mushrooms.

In the prepared buckwheat we add fried mushrooms with onion, butter, egg, mayonnaise. All carefully mix and put in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Buckwheat with champignons and suluguni cheese

You will need these ingredients (in three portions):

  • Two hundred grams of champignons (can be replaced with other mushrooms);
  • Two hundred grams of buckwheat;
  • Two glasses of water;
  • One onion (medium);
  • 75 grams of butter;
  • One hundred gram of suluguni cheese;
  • 20 grams of vegetable oil;
  • Clove of garlic.

Cooking method:

First you need to cook buckwheat. To do this, fill with boiled water rinsed buckwheat groats, stir and cook on high heat for about ten minutes. Then reduce the fire and cook for another 10-15 minutes. At this time, there is no need to disturb the porridge. Then we salt our buckwheat, add 50 grams of butter and stir well. Porridge should increase in volume somewhere in one and a half time. Now you can leave the porridge on a warm oven, so that it "reaches".

While porridge comes, you can cook mushrooms. They must first be washed, cleaned and cut into pieces. In a heated frying pan you need to fry the garlic (finely chopped), onions (also finely chopped) and mushrooms. You can add a little butter to the mushrooms. Also, if you want, you can add a little tomato. In the end, add spices.

We take clay pots and put on the bottom pieces of butter, then buckwheat, then mushrooms with onions and suluguni cheese. Close the pots with a lid and put in a preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes, so that the porridge a little "poofilas."

Served with buckwheat porridge with champignons, sprinkled with herbs and tomatoes.

Buckwheat with meat and mushrooms

Necessary ingredients:

  • One glass of buckwheat;
  • 300-500 grams of mushrooms (champignons, chanterelles or other mushrooms);
  • One onion;
  • 300 grams of meat (veal, turkey, chicken);
  • Two glasses of water (you can broth);
  • One carrot (you can without it);
  • salt pepper.

Cooking process:

We cook buckwheat porridge according to your usual recipe.

Cooking gravy. First mine, we clean and boil mushrooms (if you take champignons, then you do not need to cook). Fry mushrooms with onions (if desired, add carrots). Cut the meat into cubes and fry separately. We put everything in a saucepan, a saucepan, or even into a multivark, then pour boiling water (or broth) and simmer on a small fire for about an hour. This gravy can be served not only with buckwheat, but also with rice or pasta.

Buckwheat with champignons and meat in a pot

The ingredients are the same as the previous recipe.

Cooking process:

The preparatory stage is the same: fry mushrooms, meat, onions and put them all in pots. Pot must be filled in such a way that to the brim remained 2/3. Otherwise, buckwheat will get out of the pots.

Rinse buckwheat, lay it on pots and top up with water (broth) from the calculation of one glass of buckwheat and 2 water. We put the pots in the oven and make them ready. Bon Appetit!
