Cocktails non-alcoholic

About cocktails knew more than two hundred years ago. And to this day they have not lost their popularity. And it does not matter: these are non-alcoholic, fruit, vegetable, milk, mixed cocktails, with or without alcohol.

Recently, people have become much more concerned about their own health, adhering to a healthy lifestyle and rational nutrition. So today it is non-alcoholic cocktails that are so relevant.

To prepare soft drinks you need sugar syrup, which is basic, as well as various aromatic syrups. For the preparation of sugar syrup, it is necessary to cook 4 parts of sugar with 3 parts of water for about 10-12 minutes.

By the way, the longer the syrup is brewed, the thicker it will be. For example, if you take ¾ liters of water and 1 kg of sugar, then after cooking you will get one liter of syrup, which can be stored for a long time in a dark place in a closed container.

Alcohol-free cocktails can be divided into fruit-suitable, dairy, vegetable, and those that are prepared on the basis of tea or coffee. Some of these subspecies are prepared with a shaker or a mixer, and for the preparation of others, a conventional blender is sufficient.

There are a lot of recipes for the preparation of these soft drinks. Some of them are quite nutritious and high-calorie (milkshakes), others are light, fresh and fragrant (fruit cocktails), and some are invigorating (based on coffee) or highly vitaminized (vegetable). But all non-alcoholic cocktails have an amazing taste and aroma.

For example, there is even a prescription for a rejuvenating cocktail, which is very simple and quick to prepare, but very useful. For its preparation you will need a large cucumber, a clove of garlic, celery (two roots) and one root of ginger. First, clean garlic and ginger. Then cut slices of celery and cucumber. Put everything in the juicer. That's all ready. If you prepare such non-alcoholic cocktails at home and take them regularly, then your skin will not only be rejuvenated, but its color will also improve significantly.

Refreshing effect has a cocktail, the basis of which is the juice of red currants. A kind of sour cream, which is present in this drink, has a wonderful invigorating effect. To do this, take 100 ml of juice directly red currant, 10 ml almond syrup and a little chilled tonic. And also about 8-10 cubes of ice and a small amount of crushed ice.

So, fill the top of the shaker with ice cubes. Pour in the almond syrup and currant juice. Close the shaker and shake it with an applied force for about ten seconds. Fill the glass with crushed ice for a third. The contents of the shaker should be filtered directly into the glass and refilled with a chilled tonic.

Many like non-alcoholic cocktails for breakfast, some prefer after dinner dessert, and some do not refuse for dinner. And it is not surprising, because such drinks are not only very tasty, but also useful, and at the same time their preparation does not take much time.

Especially since you can experiment so much. Following your own taste preferences, you can add various fruits, milk, berries, ice cream balls, kefir, a variety of syrups, honey and all that the soul desires.

And an important advantage is the fact that all these non-alcoholic cocktails at home are prepared quite simply and easily. One of these useful and ideal drinks for breakfast or for dessert and even as a baby food is a cocktail of yogurt, black currant and banana.

To make it, you will need kefir (250 ml), black currant berries (100 grams) and banana (1 piece). And also 2 tablespoons oat flakes (or any other) and either 1 tablespoon currant jam or sugar.
