Initially, by definition, biscuit is a confectionery product made from flour with the addition of eggs and sugar. From it make various cakes, cakes and all sorts of desserts. But in practice it turns out that the listed products are not at all obligatory. Experts say that you can cook, for example, a biscuit without flour. And they say that to taste it is in no way inferior to the product made according to the standard recipe.

For such a biscuit, you will need: for 5 eggs - 140 grams of butter, 400 grams of poppy, a couple of teaspoons of cocoa powder, 100 grams of sugar and a pinch of cardamom.

In this case, a similar technique is used:

  1. First, the proteins must be beaten with a mixer. Then add the sugar and continue the process until it dissolves completely.
  2. Combine the resulting sweet foam with poppy seeds and gently mix everything. Proteins should not fall off.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients in another bowl. The mass should be as homogeneous as possible.

Even easier is to make a chocolate biscuit without flour. For this option, the following ingredients will be needed: 50 grams of sugar, 125 grams of any chocolate (preferably black), 4 raw eggs and 40 grams of butter butter.

People who are forced to follow their diet will definitely like a dietetic biscuit without flour and sugar. Such a product will be the perfect complement to a cup of morning tea or coffee. For its preparation, not exactly the usual ingredients are needed: 1 egg, 40 grams of milk, a cottage cheese and wheat bran table, 3 sugar substitutes, ½ teaspoon baking powder and a little vanilla.

Once all the products are assembled, you can start working:

  1. Grind the bran with a coffee grinder.
  2. Add to them baking powder, beaten egg, milk and sugar substitute. It is necessary to make sure that the tablets are well dissolved.
  3. Introduce in the dough strained through a sieve cottage cheese.
  4. Add vanillin and make a final knead. After that, the dough should stand for 20 minutes, so that the bran can get well wet.
  5. Put the semi-finished product in a form covered with baking paper. You do not need to lubricate it with oil. In principle, you can use a Teflon or silicone form, which does not require any additional processing.

The majority of cereal crops (wheat, rye or barley) necessarily includes gluten. It is about 80 percent of the total mass of the grain itself. In fact, it is a protein called gluten.
