Cake "Ant hill": a recipe for cooking with a photo

Home baking is much more delicious than the most intricate factory products - everyone admits this. But among the recipes of homemade desserts, you can always pick up those that are prepared quickly, and the mouth melts.

Cake of biscuits

For example, the cake "Ant hill." His recipe is quite simple. Each mistress, for sure, has in stock several options such a sweet in a hurry. The simplest looks like this: buy a half kilo of dry biscuits "biscuits", you can brackish or neutral taste. Break or crush them into small pieces. Divide into two groups. Take a can of condensed milk and a chocolate bar. Tile the melt in a water bath and pour in half of the condensed milk. In this case, you will get a dark "Ant hill" (the recipe allows improvisation). In one bowl, mix the cookies with white cream, in the other - with the dark cream. Then combine both mixtures and mix well. Put the mass in the food film, give it the shape of a hill - that's ready your cake "Ant hill"! The recipe recommends putting the dessert in the fridge for a few hours, so that it freezes well.

Cake with boiled condensed milk

Another delicious and uncomplicated version of delicacies. For him, you need about 5-6 packs of cookies like "Chess" or with a pound of corn, oatmeal or other shortbread cookies. In order not to get too sugary "Ant hill", the recipe advises combining sweet and fresh varieties. And for the cream you need again the condensed milk. Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan and cook over low heat until it thickens and gets a brownish hue. You can add a bag of vanillin for the smell. While the cream is cooling down, break the cookies. Then, follow the algorithm already described (all the same "Ant hill"). The recipe with the photo is attached. Mix the condensed milk with the crumb or with cellophane, or simply with the palms dipped in water (not to stick), form the cake, place it on the dish and send it to the cold - freeze. For more similarity to a real anthill, sprinkle the dessert with poppy poppy.

Baked "hill"

If in previous recipes you made "Ant hill" from the cookie already ready, then in this version you will have to do the baking directly. For the test, take about half a kilo of flour, 1 egg, a little butter and sour cream (take it as needed - to make the dough cool, but elastic) and a glass of sugar. Oil (or you can margarine or smalets) chop into pieces, rub with sugar. Throw a pinch of salt - it will shade the sweetness of the biscuit. Add on the tip of the knife grated ginger and cinnamon. In the flour, beat in the egg, pour in the sour cream, lay out the sugar mixture and knead the dough. Roll it into a bowl, wrap it in cellophane and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

How is the "Ant hill" cake going on? The recipe suggests either cutting off the dough pieces and rubbing them on a large grater and pouring flour so that they do not stick together or use a meat grinder. For this, thin layers are passed through a meat grinder, cutting off small "worms". All the pieces are evenly distributed over a greased baking sheet, send to a hot oven and bake for 20 minutes (until golden brown). Let them cool down. Then all the resulting cookies crumble. In the condensed milk, add a teaspoon of tea cacao (powder) and you can have a little lemon juice, literally a couple of drops.

Stir, pour the mixture into cookies, knead. Make a mound - and in the cold, freeze!

Cake with jam

For "Ant hill" as a cream not only condensed milk, but also syrup is suitable. The main condition - that it was enough to impregnate the cookies. And the very baking, if it is a shop, you need to buy it more softly. The best is "Lemon" or "To tea". And for pouring we take syrup from cherry, pear or currant jam. Suits also puree apricot. And do not neglect the poppy, it will give the dessert an original flavor.

Cookies are broken into pieces. Add 100 g of slightly softened butter, and then jam. Give the cake the right shape and let it soak well.

Cake in a few minutes

Roll up our sleeves, mistresses, and let's get to the stove! To bake this "hill" (by the way, the second name of the cake is the "Anthill"), you will need:

  • Flour - 3 cups;
  • Sugar - half the measure (half a cup);
  • Egg - 1 piece;
  • Butter (or margarine) - 200 g;
  • Walnuts - half a glass (pass through a meat grinder) and for them sugar additionally 2 more tablespoons;
  • And also a little cocoa.

From spices, take half a spoonful of tea cardamom and vanilla. Sift the flour, hammer an egg, put in sugar, cardamom with vanilla and cocoa. Stir well and knead the dough without lumps. Roll out the cakes in a thickness of a centimeter and bake them in a frying pan on the gas for a few minutes. Then smash, pepper with boiled condensed milk, let "brew" the cake. Before serving, sprinkle the "slide" with grated nuts and sugar.

Deep-fried cake

And finally one more delicious recipe of the "Ant hill" - with honey. It will require:

  • Flour - 2.5 cups;
  • Eggs - 5 pieces;
  • Salt - pinch;
  • Honey - 450-500 g;
  • powdered sugar;
  • Vegetable oil (for frying).

Suck the flour to become airy. Put the eggs and salt in it and mix the dough. Roll the ball, cover with a towel and let it "rest" for half an hour. Then roll out on thin layers, cut into strips and fry in deep-fried. Spread the cookie on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat. Now melted the honey, you can even boil it a little. If there are raisins, put it there. Now put the cookies, mix well, make an "ant pile". Sprinkle it with powdered sugar and cumin.

It should be noted that the "hill" can be differently shaped externally. You can cook creamy fudge and fill it with dessert. Alternatively, treat it with chocolate cream with pieces of dried fruit. The "hill" is sprinkled with a confectionery powder. Or with grated chocolate. Another original option - pour the cake jelly, lay out fresh berries. And your dessert will always be original, unusual and very tasty.
