Here's what a small set of products you will need to prepare it:

  • 200 ml of yogurt;
  • 460-525 g of wheat flour;
  • 50 ml of water;
  • 3 g of salt;
  • 8 g dry yeast;
  • 1 raw egg;
  • A pinch of soda;
  • 15 g of sugar (and for sweet pies 45 g);
  • 53 g of butter or vegetable oil.

How to make a dough

Heat the water to 37 degrees, put into it 1 tablespoon. Sugar, then yeast, mix and leave for 15 minutes.

Kefir also warm up to 37 degrees. If you do this on the stove, stir it continuously so that it does not curl up. You can put a container of yogurt in a saucepan of warm water and wait until it warms up.

In warmed kefir, pour a pinch of soda, stir. It will remove the sourness of the kefir product and allow the products to become even more magnificent. Next, to make a yeast dough for patties on kefir, mix the eggs into the mixture and add sugar (if baking sweet products is planned). Stir it all with a whisk, and then add the spit, which has already come to this time. Mix everything again.

Now you need to pour in, while sifting, flour. Before this, first add salt to it and mix the dry mixture. Sift the flour in batches and knead the dough with a spoon. Here's what products you need for this baking:

  • 550 g of cabbage;
  • 2 eggs;
  • Salt, ground black pepper;
  • 45 g butter;
  • 53 g of water;

If you are sure of the quality of yeast, cook the dough in a free-form way. It is done very quickly and will save a lot of time mistress.

Here's what ingredients are needed:

  • 210 ml of kefir;
  • 450 g of flour (plus for padding);
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 11 g of dry yeast;
  • For unsweetened pies 12, and for sweet 32 g of granulated sugar;
