Fish souffle - recipe with Bulgarian pepper

We need 250 grams of fish fillet (sea fish), 50 grams of bell pepper, onions, 50 grams of hard cheese, two eggs, a tablespoon of cream of 20% fat, two tablespoons of wheat flour, two tablespoons of vegetable oil, Salt and black pepper to taste.

Fish fillets are finely chopped, salted, seasoned with pepper and let in a skillet with butter, chopped onions and a few spoons of water. We take out the noise and cool it. Cheese three on a grater with small holes, the Bulgarian pepper cut into cubes.

Fish and onion mixture should be sent to a blender, there also add cream, egg yolks and prepared flour, mix well and shake. Add the Bulgarian pepper and grated cheese, mix the mixture. Fish fillets must be boiled in salted water, cut into pieces and crushed with a fork or blender. Eggs divided into squirrels and yolks, mix with the fish mass yolks. Add the chopped greens and tomato to this mixture. All ingredients mix well.

In a separate bowl, whip the whites into a lush and firm foam, gently add cream and beat well again. Add the protein mass to the fish mixture and mix it gently, avoiding sudden movements so that the proteins do not fall off.

Form the baking grease with butter, pour canned corn on the bottom, pour the resulting fish mixture and bake in the oven (180 degrees) for fifteen minutes. A delicious fish souffle will be very pleasant for your child!

You can make a fish souffle steam. To prepare it, you will need the same ingredients and the same cooking technology, except for the last stage - baking in the oven. Instead, the fish mixture in the form should be steamed for about 25-30 minutes. This souffle is even more tender. Souffle fish steam can be cooked for young children, and for older boys - bake.
