This fish souffle recipe is suitable for children and diet food. A lot of time it will not take its preparation, especially if you do not use a whole fish carcass, but a fillet or a prepared mince. For 4 servings of the dish, you need 800 grams of fish, 2 eggs, cabbage colored (cabbage up to 0.5 kg), leeks (can be replaced by usual), some cow butter - a piece of 50 grams, salt to taste. If you want the dish to be more sharp, add crushed garlic or pepper.

For two portions you will need minced meat from white chicken meat - 300 grams, egg - 1 piece, milk in the amount of 250 grams, dry white wine - 50 ml, spices - salt, pepper, dried herbs, butter a small piece.

Minced beef with milk, wine, yolk and softened butter. Add spices and whipped protein.

If you want the ready-made dish to look more attractive, it's possible to use Bulgarian pepper (red, yellow), finely chopped in its preparation.

Cook the souffle in a water bath or in the oven. We serve white wine. Separately, you can offer tomato or cheese sauce.

This prescription souffle is suitable for dietary food, if you remove wine and pepper from its composition.
