Simple cutlets from canned fish

Many people like fish cutlets, but as soon as they think that they need to buy fish, then remove their bones, scroll through the meat grinder and then start making cutlets, any desire to cook such cutlets disappears. But this is not a reason to remain without tasty fish cutlets. The way out is cutlets from canned fish . They prepare very quickly and at the same time have an excellent taste. Cutlets from canned fish and cheese

List of necessary ingredients:
• one can of canned food;
• one glass of rice;
• one egg;
• One hundred grams of onions (onions);
• Approximately one hundred grams of cheese (preferably Dutch, but you can also have another);
• bread crumbs;
• vegetable oil.

Method of cooking cutlets

Open the canned food and drain off the liquid. We knead canned food with a fork. Then we boil the rice, wash it and wait for it to drain excess water. We add rice to the canned food, here we also add the onion grated on a small grater (you can simply cut it lightly), egg, salt to taste, pepper, grated cheese. We mix everything well. From the received mass we form cutlets, then we roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in oil.

Of course, every housewife always wants to cook something special and tasty, however, our possibilities do not always coincide with our imagination and desires. It also happens that you need to cook dinner from what is at hand. If you have a jar of canned "Sardines" lying around, then we will show you how to use it skillfully and most deliciously.

Cutlets from canned food "Sardines"

Necessary ingredients:
• rice (roughly a glass);
• one onion;
• a can of canned food "Sardines";
• flour or bread crumbs;
• Spices;
• sunflower oil.

Cooking method

First you need to boil the rice in such a way that it was cooked only half, and properly knead it with a fork to obtain a homogeneous mass. Next we take the onion, finely chop it and fry it in oil until golden.
We open canned food and remove the ridge from the sardine, mash the sardine with a fork until a homogeneous mass.

All the ingredients are mixed and formed from the resulting mass of cutlets. The resulting cutlets are crumbled in flour or breadcrumbs and fried in two sides on sunflower oil.

Perhaps, at first glance you will find that cutlets from canned pink salmon are something out of the ordinary and hardly they can be tasty. However, as it turns out, these cutlets turn out to be simply extraordinary.

Cutlets from canned pink salmon

You will need these ingredients:
• One can of pink salmon cans;
• one small fused cheese;
• four tablespoons of rice boiled rice;
• a little flour (for crumbling);
• vegetable oil (for frying).

Preparation of pink salmon cutlets

We open the pink salmon, drain all the liquid from it, then remove the ridges and knead it with a fork. The resulting mass is transferred to a bowl. In the same bowl, rub on a large grater melted cheese, then add the egg and rice. We mix everything thoroughly.

From the received mass we roll cutlets (approximately four big cutlets), we drop them in a flour. Fry them in sunflower oil over medium heat until a crispy crust is obtained.

Canned tuna fish by themselves are distinguished by excellent taste and some kind of tenderness. That is why, if we make cutlets from them, we will get a very delicate, juicy and tasty product.

Ingredients for cutlets:
• 320 grams of tuna canned in oil;
• A handful of pine nuts;
• about 50 grams of bread crumbs;
• one egg;
• lemon peel;
• parsley (chopped).

How to cook chicken cutlets from tuna fish

We open the canned food and drain the water from them. Mix canned food with the rest of the ingredients. From the resulting mixture we make cutlets (about 12 pieces are produced). Fry our cutlets in olive oil (you can and on sunflower).
