Stuffed herring baked in the oven

If you decide to cook not only a tasty, but also useful, low-calorie and inexpensive dish of fish, then it must certainly be herring baked in the oven. Recipe will require simple ingredients that will be found in every refrigerator.

Required Products

Preparing the marinade

In order to prepare a marinade for this type of fish, you need to cut an orange in half and squeeze out the juice from one halve. To the juice, add a little salt and black pepper. Then measure three tablespoons of oil (vegetable or olive) - add to the mixture. We marinate herring

In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients and fill them with herring.

Breading
