Less and less often we prepare full lunches and dinners. More often we buy semi-finished products or we warm up pancakes and cutlets from cooking. This, of course, is good, that now no one will remain hungry, even if at home in the fridge the ball roll. It is enough to run to the nearest store. Where are we now without these substitutes for homemade food? But still, if you get half an hour to prepare soup with pasta, you will not regret: and dinner, cooked alone, will be for the home, and you will not spend much time. It's worth it!

Probably, soup with pasta is the easiest soup in cooking. No special ingredients, it does not require, no "pitfalls" its cooking does not conceal. Here, that is useful, to prepare soup with pasta and a potato:

- meat. It can be beef, pork ribs or chicken. Quantity - about half a kilo (this is enough, even if you are going to put meat soup with bones in the soup ).

- potato. On a three-liter saucepan, peel 6 medium potatoes.

- Of course, pasta. For soup you can take any, but only if you plan to eat it for several hours after cooking. If the soup remains the next day, then put in it shells, asterisks - in general, those pasta that will not absorb the broth and increase in size after cooking.

- spices - bay leaf and pepper.

Cook the broth from the meat, after cooking it is desirable to strain. The duration of cooking broth depends on the meat that you choose. Of course, the chicken will be cooked faster. Then everything is simple: throw cooked potatoes (peeled and cut into cubes) in a broth. Somewhere for ten minutes before the potatoes are ready add macaroni and spices, salt. Soup is left to boil for about fifteen minutes. When serving, sprinkle the soup with herbs. That's all - did not have to stand at the stove for three hours and stir constantly.

By the way, if you can not find good pasta for soup, you can go for the next trick. Buy 2-3 sachets of instant vermicelli. Without opening the sachets, grind it and shortly before the soup is ready (enough for 3 minutes) throw these pasta into a saucepan. Use concentrated seasonings from a bag of noodles is not necessary, especially since you are preparing soup on this fresh broth.

You can cook and milk soup with pasta. It prepares even faster and easier. And the taste of this soup will be pleasant for children, it can also be eaten for dinner. Ingredients: half a liter of milk, a glass of water, half a glass of pasta, a tablespoon of butter, sugar and salt.

Cook the pasta until half-ready in lightly salted water. Drain it, boil the milk separately. When it boils, pour the pasta in there. After boiling the milk with pasta, you should cook soup for no more than five minutes. For one or two minutes before turning off the fire, add sugar and / or salt and butter. That's all - this soup with pasta easily prepared even the youngest student.

However, not everyone cooks milk soup so they cook ingredients in milk. Some boil pasta until ready in the water, and then pour soup on the plates. And only after that milk is poured into each plate. Here you can add sugar - again, to whom as much as you like.

If you have a milk soup with pasta the next day after cooking, and there is already no one wants, you can drain the liquid through a strainer or colander, mix the pasta with cottage cheese, add a little sugar and cook the cottage cheese casserole. She will be a good dessert for tea.
