We prepare milk soup. Fast and tasty.

Today we will talk about how to make milk soup for children. As always, I offer the simplest, lightest and most time-consuming recipes.

Milk soup "Hercules" with apple

Ingredients: a liter of milk, a glass of oatmeal flakes "Hercules", two sweet apples, a tablespoon of sugar, vanilla.

Preparation. Dishes from flakes "Hercules" are always prepared extremely quickly. The total cooking time does not take more than ten minutes. We bring the milk to a boil, fill it with cereal and sugar, let it boil for another minute and a half and turn it off. Add vanilla (several crystals or a pinch of vanilla sugar). We peel apples, release them from the core, rub them and add them to the soup.

For older children you can add natural honey instead of sugar.

Milk soup with pumpkin and carrots (semolina)

Ingredients: carrot and pumpkin (100-120 g), a liter of milk, sugar (to taste), a small piece of butter and salt .

Preparation. Pumpkin and carrots (already peeled and cut) cook until ready, until they become completely soft. Wipe through a sieve (you can send it to a blender) and combine it with milk. Once again let's boil, add sugar and a little salt.

Milk soup (sweet) with dumplings

This dish belongs to Estonian cuisine. For the test you need barley flour (although this is not necessary, you can take any other).

Ingredients: a half liter of milk, two eggs, sugar (1/2 cup), assorted dried fruits, a glass of flour, vanilla (or cinnamon).

Preparation. Cooking dumplings. Separate the proteins and yolks. Proteins beat to thick foam. Stirring, add to them sugar (2 teaspoons, preferably powder), milk (glass) and flour. The flour is added until we get the dough consistency of thick sour cream.

Now we boil milk until boiling, and at this time we rub the yolks and sugar. We put aside the saucepan with boiled milk aside and gently enter into it, stirring, yolks with sugar and vanilla.

Again, put on a small fire and a teaspoon spread the dough (dumplings). In order for the dough not to stick to the spoon and "move out" itself, every time before you type it, dip the spoon into boiling milk.

Add cream (pasteurized) and finely chopped dried fruits (previously washed, boil over with boiling water).

Milk soup (soup with mashed potatoes) with biscuits

Today there are many kinds of cookies for kids on sale. We use such a biscuit.

Ingredients: baby biscuits (70-100 g), a glass of milk.

Preparation. While the milk boils, grind the coffee grinder on the coffee grinder and pour it into the milk. Remove from the fire, add sugar and a little vanilla (if the cookie contains vanillin, then you do not need to re-add it).

Babies (you can give children up to a year) usually like this dish. If the child is not allergic to the yolk, you can enter one yolk (according to the technology of the previous recipe). For a change, you can add a mashed banana (and satiety, and tastier). Banana for a child choose only ripe: large, with yellow peel, without greens, with brown specks.

Milk rice soup

Ingredients: a glass of rice (or rice dots), a liter of milk, a pinch of salt, vanilla and sugar at your discretion.

Preparation. We go through rice, wash it and boil it in water. After the rice is fully welded, drain excess water, rinse with boiling water, let it cool down and wipe through a sieve (you can use a blender). The resulting puree is combined with milk, bring to a boil, add vanilla with sugar and salt.

This soup is suitable for children older than three months (only without adding vanilla and salt).

For those who are older (after a year), for variety, you can add nuts and fruits (dried fruits), beforehand having showered them with boiling water, drying and tar in a coffee grinder.

Milk dishes with a low fat content (in this case without cream) are classified as dietary dishes. The recipes offered to you are quite suitable not only for children, but also for adults.
