For cabbage soup you will need: ½ a small head of fresh cabbage; 4 potatoes; carrot; A small amount of celery root; 4 small tomatoes (you can replace them with two spoons of tomato paste); Bay leaf; 6 glasses of water; vegetable oil; Spicy herbs (any that you like); sugar; salt; Fresh greens, sour cream.

Boil cabbage soup with fresh cabbage as follows:

Place in a saucepan with boiling water, finely chopped fresh cabbage and a lava leaf, cook for a while with the lid open. After that, add the diced, potatoes, grated carrots and celery root. Separately in a frying pan fry the diced onion until golden, add tomatoes peeled from the peel and stew until the tomatoes become soft. Finished tomatoes with onion wipe through a sieve and pour the resulting dressing in soup (fresh tomatoes can be replaced with tomato paste). Add the dish, put the spices and bring to the preparedness. Serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.

For the test, you need: 250 gr. Flour; 30 gr. Yeast; ½ pack of butter; 4 tablespoons of sour cream; 1 ½ eggs, salt.

For the filling: 300 gr. Mushrooms; ½ bulb; Vegetable oil, salt.

Sift flour, add butter and crushed yeast. Sew all together with a knife until a uniform crumb is formed. Pour the sour cream, 2 yolks and one protein, salt and knead an elastic dough. Turn it into food film and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.

At this time, prepare the filling. Champignons are well washed, cleaned and boiled in salted water. Finely chop the onion and brown it with vegetable oil. Then, cut the mushrooms with strips and add them to the onions, after which fry all together for several minutes. Allow the filling to cool.

Roll the dough into a rectangular layer about a centimeter thick. Put the filling in the middle of the stratum in the form of an oblong stripe. Two long edges of the rectangle are connected together and tucked together so that the patterned comb is formed. Put the kulebyaka on a baking tray, pre-oiled and put it in a warm place for lifting. Then grease the product with egg yolk and bake at 220 ° C in a preheated oven for an hour.
