Fish "Napoleon"

Most often people are preparing a cake "Napoleon" with canned from ready-made cakes - it turns out delicious, and a lot of work does not require filling. You can do only with fish preserves, but it is much more interesting to complete them with something. The secret of the best such cake is in the application of cheese curd of the Karat type with shrimps. It is better to take a can in its own juice. Tuna, pink salmon, and saury will do. The fish should be kneaded with a fork together with the liquid. Three eggs - cool boil and coarse. A couple of medium carrots, too, boil (not to digest! Too soft, creeping, it will spoil the taste), rub and mix with the pressed garlic clove and mayonnaise. The assembly of Napoleon is made in this order: the lower cake is slightly smeared with mayonnaise, half of the fish is evenly decomposed into it. The second - without blotting - is covered with carrots with garlic. The third one is again mayonnaise and sprinkled with eggs. For greater uniformity, all components can be grinded in a finished form. On the greased with mayonnaise cakes are:

A third of a kilogram of by-product - it is better to take chicken, it is more tender - it is fried with a crumbled onion and a small grated carrot. After savoring salt and spices, the liver with vegetables is passed through a blender. Two smoked chicken breasts, fresh cucumber and a handful of steamed prunes are cut with straw, dressed with mayonnaise and kneaded. A few walnuts dryed and fried.
