How to make sandwiches with sprats

Sandwiches are a great appetizer for the festive table. It is not easy to find a person who does not like to cook them, because in this process there is nothing complicated. Moreover, there is always the opportunity to dream up and come up with your own unique recipe. Personally, I really like sandwiches with sprats. I prepare them often enough for my family members. I suggest you also take note of a few very delicious recipes.

1. Sandwiches with sprats "Student"

  • One can of canned sprat;
  • 2 cucumbers and a tomato;
  • 250 g of mayonnaise;
  • Loaf (best cut);
  • A bunch of greenery.

Preparation: First of all, lubricate the loaf with mayonnaise. Among my acquaintances there are those who first fry the loaf in a frying pan, but I personally miss this step. Cucumbers and tomatoes are washed, cut into circles. We spread vegetables on a loaf: first two pieces of a tomato, and from above - as much a cucumber. Well, on cucumbers put one of the sprat or her half, if the fish is very large. And that the sandwich was not only tasty, but also beautiful, we adorn it with a twig of green.

2. Sandwiches with sprats and eggs

  • Loaf;
  • cucumber;
  • Sprats;
  • 3 eggs;
  • mayonnaise;
  • garlic.

Preparation: cut the loaf, dry it lightly in a toaster or fry in a pan. If desired, you can fry only one side. When the slices of the loaf are cool, grate them with garlic (to the best of your desire), and then spread it with mayonnaise. Eggs grate on the finest grater and put on sandwiches. The final touch is put one of the sprat, and next to it - a ring of cucumber.

3. Hot sandwiches with sprats

No less delicious are hot sandwiches with sprats. Here is one good recipe:

  • Loaf;
  • Sprats, better "Riga";
  • cheese;
  • ketchup;
  • a tomato;
  • garlic.

Preparation: the loaf is sliced, if necessary. From above on each slice we spread out the squeezed garlic, although it is possible without it. Next, put a circle of tomato on top of the sprat (or 2, depending on the size), and then cheese. Put the sandwiches in the oven and bake until the golden crust. By the way, you can try baking them in the microwave, but only if it has a grill.

4. Sandwiches with sprats and black bread

How can I adore them, even not in words!

  • black bread;
  • A bank of sprats;
  • Salted cucumber ;
  • vegetable oil;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation: slices of bread cut diagonally and lightly fry in a pan (add a little vegetable or creamy oil). Put on a plate, allow to cool, and then spread each slice with mayonnaise, from above place a thin oblong piece of salted cucumber and sprat.

5. Sandwiches with sprats and onions

  • Loaf;
  • 2 onions;
  • A bank of sprats;
  • Ketchup "Chile";
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation: crush sprats with a fork. Onion cut into rings, pour boiling water, add sugar, pepper and a little vinegar. Baton grease with ketchup and lightly bake in the oven. After that, we lay sprats on each slice, from above we put a ring of pickled onion and water it with mayonnaise. Put the sandwiches in the oven and bake for about fifteen minutes.

6. Bread with sprats and carrots

  • Slices of black bread ;
  • carrot;
  • garlic;
  • Mayonnaise (sour cream);
  • Sprats;
  • greenery.

Preparation: fry slices of bread in a frying pan, but only on one side. With the help of a napkin, we remove the remains of vegetable oil from the bread. Carrots must be boiled, and then grate. Add to it the chopped garlic and season with mayonnaise. If necessary, salt to taste. Put a little carrot weight on the bread, and on top - curry or two. Garnish with greenery.

Here are some of the sandwiches you can cook with nothing at all - a can of sprats, favorite vegetables and a little imagination. Personally, I like the fact that it takes a minimum of time to cook them, but what delicious sandwiches made by themselves are obtained.
