Roast in the multivariate: cooking rules

You can prepare a chicken in various ways. Glad your guests with a delicious dish - a roast in a multivark. You will need 2 hours of free time. To prepare the roast, you must prepare the following products:

  • 200 g of aubergines;
  • Medium sized bulb;
  • Mushrooms - not more than 100 g;
  • chicken breast;
  • Garlic (3 teeth are enough);
  • One carrot;
  • Potatoes - 6 pcs;
  • Bay leaf, pepper and salt

If all of the above ingredients are at hand, then you can start cooking a roast in a multivark. Take the chicken breast and cut it with a knife into pieces of medium size. After this, go to the processing of vegetables. Onions are recommended to cut into half rings, and carrots to small cubes. As for the potato, it is best to cut it into large slices. Mushrooms and aubergines should be cut into pieces (not too large). All this we will layer out into the multivark, following a certain sequence. The first layer - chicken meat, the second layer will be cut into half rings, onions, the third - potatoes, the fourth - carrot cubes, the fifth - mushrooms. Above lay eggplant and garlic. We select the mode of operation of the multivark "Quenching" and set the timer for 2 hours. Roast meat is ready to serve. Enjoy your meal!

The vegetables cooked in this way turn out to be surprisingly soft.

They retain their shape and do not acquire a mushy state.

As a garnish you can use rice or puree from potatoes.

On a large multi-cooker, the volume of which reaches 4.5 liters, you need the following ingredients:

  • One medium carrot;
  • 450 g of tomatoes;
  • One onion;
  • 600 g fresh beef;
  • Garlic (2 teeth are enough);
  • One Bulgarian pepper;
  • Vegetable (unrefined) oil ;
  • Two bay leaves;
  • Seasoning "Hmeli-suneli";
  • One large eggplant;
  • salt;
  • Three small zucchini.

Now we are cooking the roast in the multivark using all these products. Take the meat, carefully rinse it under the water from the tap, and then cut into pieces of medium size. We choose the mode of operation of the multivarka "Baking". The timer should be set to 40 minutes. In a deep saucepan pour 4 tablespoons. Oil. We put the cut beef into it. Fry it all for 20 minutes without closing the lid.

The next step is cleaning carrots and onions. Then cut the carrots into small pieces, and onions - cubes. Shredded vegetables are sent to a pan in which the meat is. We continue to fry for 20 minutes. Clean, rinse and let through the garlic press. We put it in meat. At this stage, our dish can be peppered and salt. Do not forget about the seasoning. Now we need to process the remaining vegetables. Remove the seeds from the Bulgarian pepper. Tomatoes and zucchini are cut into slices, pepper strips, and eggplants - small cubes. In the pot, first lay the eggplant, then the pepper. After them go zucchini and tomatoes. Add the laurel leaves and some salt. We collect the water in a saucepan (about 150 g). Close the lid and turn on the multivark, the "Quenching" mode. The timer is set for 2 hours.
