Then you can add the milk that is left, beaten eggs, sugar and salt. The dough should look like sour cream. In order for pancakes to be easily baked, you need to give the test to stand for two hours. Frying pan should be smooth, without bulges, otherwise it will affect the baking of pancakes. Prepare in the bowl a little sunflower oil, peel the potatoes and cut it in half. Then chop the half into the fork and thus lubricate the pan with oil. The frying pan should be warmed up well, after which it is necessary to pour the dough on the edge and tilt the frying pan so that it evenly covers the whole bottom with a thin layer. Once one side of the pancake has acquired a golden color, it needs to be turned over. You can eat pancakes with milk, sour cream, melted butter, and also with jam.
