So what ingredients are needed to make a juicy and tasty shish kebab in a jar? Recipe for this Caucasian dish requires the use of products such as:

  • Fresh garlic not very large - 4 teeth;
  • White meat of broiler poultry - about 2 kg (purchase depending on the number of family members);
  • Liquid smoke - about 3 large spoons;
  • Water mineral sparkling - about 200 ml (for marinade);
  • Deodorized vegetable oil - 2 large spoons (for marinade);
  • Salt shallow - used at discretion (for marinade);
  • Seasoning, specially designed for shish kebab - 2 large spoons (apply to taste and desire, for marinade).

Processing and pickling chicken meat

Processing of offal and its pickling
