For cooking you need: a half-kilo of cottage cheese, 1 glass of sugar and sour cream, a tablespoon of lemon zest, 300 g of cookies and 100 g of walnuts, 3 eggs and 0.5 packs of butter. The cookies are very finely crushed and poured with melted butter. Prompted to a homogeneous mass and rolled into a thin sheet, which is placed on the bottom of the baking dish. The dough is rolled out and spread on a baking dish lined or lined with parchment and put in the refrigerator.
