Are you sure you know how to fry a chicken?

Chicken meat is a favorite product of adherents of a healthy diet. But, fortunately, I do not do bodybuilding, which means I can afford the freedom to fry a chicken, and bake it whole, with a skin, pre-marinated in sauces and spices.

The easiest way: to divide the carcass into portions, to grate with a mixture of seasonings and salt and put on a cast-iron frying pan. Fry in vegetable oil for fifteen minutes on each side on high heat, without covering the lid, until a ruddy brown. Take care that the skin does not burn, if necessary, reduce the heat. Then you need to cover the frying pan with a lid, and to torment the chicken another ten to fifteen minutes on low heat. I do not argue, this is the fastest option. But the most prosaic.

How to fry a chicken in the oven

To begin with, prepare a marinade, and not some, but a juicy vegetable coat. We will clean a couple of large bulbs, a large carrot, celery, paprika, a few cloves of garlic. Take a large green apple and remove the seeds, you do not need to peel the skin. We grind vegetables and an apple in a meat grinder, we can add soy sauce (6 tablespoons), salt the resulting mixture and add a pinch of ground spices: black pepper and oregano, finely chopped parsley. Be sure to add a couple of tablespoons of French mustard in the grains. With a juicy mass, we smear pieces of chicken and leave it in the fridge to marinate for the night. In the morning we put the chicken in a sleeve for baking or in a cast-iron frying pan so that it is covered with a vegetable coat on all sides. We fix the sleeve with a clip, cover the frying pan tightly with a lid. In the heated oven we send the future masterpiece of culinary art.

Some beginning housewives ask how much to grill a chicken? Answer: to the full readiness. It is necessary to detect the time and make sure that at least an hour has passed.

If you cook the carcass as a whole, the cooking time should be increased by another 30-40 minutes. Readiness is checked with a toothpick. Pierce the chicken in the area of the breast, if a clear juice is allocated - the dish is ready.

How to fry a chicken, if it is already divided into excellent pieces of appetizing fillet? We get out of the refrigerator a solid cheese and cut it into long slabs one centimeter thick. In pieces of chicken fillet we make cuts-pockets and fill them with cheese. We cook the eggs: whisk egg well with half a glass of milk and a pinch of salt. Piece of fillet dip in breadcrumbs from wheat breadcrumbs, in batter, again in breadcrumbs and put them in a frying pan. Fry for five to ten minutes on each side in sunflower oil.

And recently I learned how to fry a chicken in the oven on a can of beer. Wash and dried carcass rub with a mixture of spices: paprika (2 tablespoons), salt (2 tablespoons), sugar (2 tablespoons), black pepper (1 teaspoon), dry mustard (1 teaspoon).

In a tin beer can on the top you need to make a few holes and pour out some of the contents (it's better, of course, to drink), so that a little more than half the can of beer remains. The plate should be heated to 200 degrees. On the baking sheet you should put a jar of beer, and place the chicken on top. And send the building in the oven for an hour and a half.
