In the course of its research, it covered 425 companies located in all corners of the world. To determine the quality, a scale of seven stars was used. The more reliable the particular carrier was, the more stars he received. Making up the world airlines rating, Thomas took into account two main indicators. They are the quality of the proposed product and the level of safety. It is impossible not to note the pleasant moment that, according to research, many carriers can boast a combination of a high level of reliability and service. As a result, more than fifty participants received seven stars in at least one index.

Despite the lack of universal recognition, Jeffrey Thomas's world airlines ranked the carriers, which will be a real discovery for Western tourists, because they are distinguished by strict implementation of traffic schedules and high level of service provided. For example, the researcher noted the representative of Belarus - Belavia. According to him, buying tickets for the plane, following from London to Moscow, not every Englishman will pay attention to this carrier. On the other hand, this company is quite competitive and takes a high position.

The rating of the best airlines in the world was headed by "Air New Zealand". In addition, ten more carriers can boast the highest ratings for both criteria, among which are Asiana Airlines, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Etihad and others. As you can see, the list includes numerous representatives of the Australian-Asian region. Despite this, it should be emphasized that this rating of the world's airlines for security, reliability and service level is comprehensive, so it can become a good helper to any tourist.

Russian Airlines

If we talk about domestic representatives, then here it is necessary to note the largest in our country. In particular, "Aeroflot" received the highest rating for safety and "four" for the level of service. The company «S7» was awarded six and four and a half stars for similar indicators, respectively.
