Surely everyone knows how useful breastmilk and how many different nutrients it contains: the whole range of vitamins, fats, proteins, carbohydrates and even trace elements. First of all, this should be given to the nursing mother, her diet should be balanced in all necessary nutrients. This is especially important at the beginning of lactation, because at this time the greatest amount of breast milk is produced.

In order for the feeding of a nursing woman to be correct, several simple rules must be observed.

The diet of the feeding mother should be diverse and full in composition. It is important that in the food there are such groups of products as:

A) Fish and meat. Meat is better to use in cooked or baked form, and also it is possible to cook on steam. Better to use beef, low-fat pork, liver, chicken. It can be cutlets, steamed, baked chicken meat, cooked pork , stewed beef without spices, in general, there are lots of options, there would be a desire. F) Fruits, vegetables, berries. Among other things, vegetables and fruit should also be consumed by a nursing mother, her diet should include every day zucchini, carrots, pumpkin, beets, apples, pears. Juices with pulp are useful (peach, apricot). Tropical fruits should be avoided, but you can eat bananas.

Plus, it is important to keep track of what the nursing mother is using. Nutrition should be completely safe for the baby. There are a number of products that can cause indigestion in a child, they change the taste of breast milk and cause various rashes on the skin of a child (diathesis): salted and smoked products (smoked sausages, salted fish), pickled vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes), and Onions, garlic, spices and citrus fruits.

It should refrain from a large amount of sugar, sweets, and other sweet foods. Allergies cause coffee, chocolate, nuts, cocoa, honey, strawberries

To ensure that the formation of breast milk is not interrupted, it is important to observe the correct drinking regime. Every day the mother should drink the necessary amount for herself, plus 1000 ml extra. It can be juice, tea with milk, compotes and drinks. The liquid should be introduced gradually to avoid a sharp inflow of milk.

In addition, it is necessary to take multivitamin preparations, which contain a full range of vitamins and minerals. If necessary, you can use calcium preparations, since with breast milk, a large amount of calcium is excreted from the mother's body.

Thus, observing these simple principles, a nursing mother whose nutrition plays an important role in the development of her baby can achieve good results.
