It's enough just to put the product in a pretty package, and someone will probably buy it. Too often we do not even think about what we take from the supermarket shelf. At the same time, there is a risk that such products will harm your health. Do not mindlessly make purchases and worsen the condition of your body. Here is a list of products you should avoid, along with alternative solutions that are much safer for your health.

Ready-made salad

Sliced and packaged salad can be quite dangerous, so it's not worth buying. The package indicates that it is washed, but on the leaves, there may still be harmful bacteria that cause diseases of the digestive tract. From the soil they fall into the leaves. If you want to protect yourself, wash the greens as carefully as possible and do not buy already cut - you will be more suited to fresh bunches of greens, which you need to grind yourself.

Sausage

Scientifically proven that sausage, bacon and other meat products cause cancer. Nitrites, which are contained in such products, in the intestine are transformed and become carcinogenic. It is best to buy a piece of quality meat, cook it yourself and eat it in the form of sandwiches or as a snack. This will help you to stay healthy and get the right nutrients. Sausage will not bring you absolutely no benefit, no matter how tasty it may seem. That's why it's better to completely abandon it.

Bottled Green Tea

Recent studies have shown that bottled tea practically does not contain natural tea. In such a drink, twenty times less antioxidants than in a cup of green tea. Such a liquid consists of water and sugar, it's just useless calories. Better brew tea at home or take ordinary drinking water. Your body will thank you for this choice.

Products with fruit additives

Berry buns and sweet yogurt seem appetizing, but inside they have artificial fruit fillings full of preservatives, flavors and thickeners that do not allow the product to deteriorate. There are very few real fruits. The manufacturer even honestly indicates that in the composition - not more than twenty to forty percent of the fruit. It is better to eat fresh fruits and berries than to send in the body a huge amount of sugar.

Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise consists of eggs, vinegar, vegetable oil and seasonings. The shop product also contains preservatives, colorants and stabilizers. In light mayonnaise, less fat, but it is added to starch and sugar. As a result, it is just as harmful. This sauce is best done at home. Of course, it will still be very high-calorie and you need to use it wisely, nevertheless you do not have to be afraid for your health, at least. You will know all the ingredients that were used for the sauce.

Ground spices

Ground spices can easily be mixed with cheaper additives. For example, they frequently forge cinnamon or saffron. Buy spices in their entirety and grind them at home. This will work out much better, and there will be no taste enhancers in them. In addition, the aroma will be much more saturated - freshly ground spices always seem more delicious than those that have been crushed for a long time.

Bread

Store bread is made from chemically bleached flour. Such flour can be stored longer, it does not bug, but it does not benefit either. In addition, in bread there are many other additives that extend the life of it. Do they need your body? It is better to make bread yourself. Of course, this requires some effort, however, once you try the taste of real bread to understand the difference. In addition, this choice is of great importance to your health.
