4. Nutrition of pregnant women should be divided into six methods, while it should be taken into account that the stomach is easier to absorb any food in the morning, and therefore the main load is better to be transferred to daytime. But do not overeat at night. Well, if the last meal is not later than two hours before bedtime. If all the same the future mother feels a feeling of hunger, then she can quite afford a glass of kefir.

5. It's good if there are dining rooms at work and you can always eat a bowl of hot soup. If not, then you can watch around the work of the cafe, which always has fresh complex lunches. - fruits, berries and vegetables, greens and dried fruits (preferring to give fruits to our strip);

- meat and poultry steamed or boiled;

- all kinds of nuts, especially walnuts and cedar;

- pumpkin and sunflower seeds;

During pregnancy, it is better to exclude:
