  • Lavash Armenian thin - 2-3 pcs. (At your discretion);
  • Champignons fresh not very large - about 550 g;
  • Bulbs are bitter - about 350 g;
  • Sour cream fresh dense - about 100 g or 4 large spoons;
  • Cheese any (take hard varieties) - about 100 g;
  • Sunflower oil without a characteristic odor (i.e., refined) - about 80 ml;
  • Salt and chopped pepper - add to your liking.
