When it's time to fry, heat a dry frying pan over a large fire, roll out a 1 - 2 mm thick cake and quickly fry it (about twenty seconds on each side). Dough can be pressed to the bottom of the frying pan, so that it is fried evenly. The time of preparation must be tested by experiment, since it is easy to over-restrain the bread, as a result of which it will be hard and dry. Attention, if you are using a pita bread recipe at home under number 2, you should grease the pan with a little oil. Ready pita bread must be sprinkled with water and folded into a neat pile. So that they do not stick together, shift them with napkins or towels. You can also cook cakes in the oven, but you need to spend more time on it.
