Ingredients: light salted salmon - 100 grams, soft cheese - 100 grams, two fresh cucumbers, one avocado, lemon juice, greens.

Half the cucumbers cut into cubes finely. The rest - long plates along. Cut the red fish into long thin slices. Avocado cut into cubes, peeling previously from the peel and sunflower seeds. Mix avocado, cucumber and cheese. The resulting mass is expanded into baskets, filling with lemon juice.
