Puff pastry kurik

If you recently learned about a dish like a puff pastry kurik, then you will be interested not only in learning how to cook it, but also what it is basically.

Kurnik is a Russian pie filled with meat, (usually chicken meat is used). You can cook a kurik from a yeast dough, you can cook it from a yeast-free dough. But it is necessarily done by puff.

To prepare a kurik from a puff pastry, you will need the following set of ingredients. On the stuffing necessary 1 cup of rice, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 5 boiled eggs, mashed nutmeg. In addition to minced meat from rice and eggs, you will also need to make minced meat from mushrooms (300 g mushrooms or ceps), salt, pepper, vegetable oil (fry mushrooms) and white sauce.

White sauce is prepared in the following way. Spoon a flour and a spoon of butter mixed with a glass of chicken broth, pour a quarter cup of milk or cream into the mixture. Add the egg yolk, ground with butter, salt and pepper to taste. If you do not want to mess with the test, you can just buy it already ready in the store.

You will also need one chicken or chicken.

We start cooking, we cook the chicken and take off the meat from it. Then cut it into pieces and fill it with white sauce. We cook two kinds of stuffing. Try to make the rice as loose as possible so that it does not stick together. When it is ready, pour the butter into it, pour the finely chopped eggs, add the grated nutmeg and mix everything. When finished with this stuffing, go to the second. For minced mushrooms we take fresh mushrooms (you can take them and dried, but they will have to be soaked before use). Shink them thinner, stew in oil with salt, pepper and white sauce.

Puff pastry carefully rolled into a cake with a thickness of 0.5 to 1 centimeter. In total, such cakes should be two pieces, one thicker and wider, the second thinner and narrower.

We take a frying pan deeper or any deep dishes with thick walls, we put in it the cake that is bigger so that it covers the edges of the dishes. On this basis we layer everything that we have prepared. The first is a layer of rice and eggs, then put a layer of meat, on top of a layer of minced meat from mushrooms, on top of that there is just another layer of rice with eggs. We take the second cake and cover it with the first, then we connect them with pliers. Our kurik from the puff pastry is almost ready. Now, if you have a little puff pastry left, you can use it to decorate the kurik with a border or some kind of pattern. It is necessary to make a hole in the kurik to exit the steam and grease it with a beaten egg. Now, you can put the kurik from the puff pastry in the oven. It is prepared about 45 minutes, as soon as the dough is browned in a circle, you can pull it out. Everything, your puff pastry kurik is ready for use. Do not forget to invite guests in advance, now this dish is rarely prepared, so you are guaranteed to surprise your friends or friends.

For kurikika from pancakes you will need kefir 125 ml, one egg, half a liter of water, a teaspoon of hydrated soda, 4 tablespoons lean oil, a pound of flour. On the filling will go 200 grams of rice, the same number of mushrooms (although I would not recommend mushrooms, if the house has small children). A quarter kilo of cheese and the same amount of mayonnaise, 5 eggs, 400 grams of chicken fillet.

Let's start cooking. We mix the dough not too liquid and not too thick, medium consistency. Fry pancakes. While you fry the pancakes, on the next burner cooks a chicken. Cooked chicken cut into small slices. Cook the boiled rice and mix it with grated eggs.

Now in the form for baking we spread from pancakes "pillow", at what we try to close all surface and walls of ware. Each layer of pancakes should not be smeared with mayonnaise or sour cream. Top mushrooms, then chicken, cover with pancakes again, on top of the second layer of pancakes, put the egg and rice, and once again cover with pancakes. The top layer is poured grated cheese. So we finished, you can put the kurik in the oven. He cares, as in the first recipe, until golden brown.
