Fitness. The Principle of Increasing Self-Motivation

Each of us wants to be in good physical shape, to look fit and slim, but not everyone has the opportunity to attend the gym or group classes in fitness studios. What to do? There is a way out - training at home!

Someone, after reading this, will say: "Oh, I already passed this! Home lessons also take time! And there are so many temptations at home (television, internet, etc.). This is not for me. I started, but I had a maximum of a week ... Blah blah blah. Fitness and home are incompatible ... "

All this is familiar to me! But in principle, I changed the very approach to training at home. I do not promise grandiose instant transformations, I do not divide classes into stages, but the result will undoubtedly please you. The most important change that happens in you is the change in your consciousness, understanding what you are doing and why.

Motivation (from Latin movere) - motivation for action; A dynamic process of the psycho-physiological plan that manages the behavior of a person, determining its direction, organization, activity and stability; Man's ability to act responsively

It is this motivation that we lack in a week of training at home on "classical schemes", as a rule, a complex impact on all muscle groups. There comes a general fatigue, which brings everything back to its place (us, the sofas, and our goals are fantasy).

The essence of the principle of "increasing self-motivation" is that moving forward makes you your success, not the ultimate goal. Of course, the ultimate goal is very important, but losing sight of it in the way, you, like me, like many of us, will be easier to return back than to look for it beyond the horizon. Our consciousness begins to question the existence of the goal in principle, not excluding the advisability of going to it.

First, determine the achievable result for yourself in one exercise (your favorite one!) (This is important.) For example, push-ups 50 times, or squats 30, or whatever, but with quantitative characteristics. And now as soon as you have free home Time (one minute) do this exercise.

One approach a day is enough. Next, you can increase the number of approaches, focusing solely on your well-being and mood. But one approach remains mandatory (in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, it does not matter, just follow one approach to the maximum)! You will be surprised how quickly you are moving forward! And it will be great!

The chip is that it's a habit. Soon you will notice the result not only in the number of repetitions, but also in the condition of your body, in increasing endurance, strength, you will become more confident in yourself, reaching your goals.

And of course you will want to add something to your favorite exercise! And then again and again.

Seeing the result not in words but in reflection, you will strive for more, and home workouts for you will become something familiar and self-evident, like brushing your teeth or having breakfast!

Choose the exercises to your liking and do not stand still.

And remember, the one who goes forward even in small steps, already goes before the one who stands still!
