Preparation. Meat grind in a meat grinder. Dice the onion, grate the carrot on a large grater. Lightly brown the onion with carrots, add ground beef, salt and pepper, if desired, add other spices. Extinguish the mass until the meat is ready.

While the minced meat is stewed, let's prepare the dough. To do this, we separate the yolks, rub them with salt and sugar, gradually adding small amounts of milk and flour, previously sieved and mixed with a baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat the proteins to a strong foam state, carefully add them to the main test. Stirring. Chop a small bunch of dill, add it to the dough and mix well.
