  • Margarine cream (or butter) - 210 g;

  • Sand sugar - 1.5 cups (of which 6 large spoons for dough, the rest for filling);

  • Chicken large eggs - 3 pcs. (1 of them for lubricating semi-finished products);
  • Wheat flour sifted - from 2 kg (to the density of the base);
  • Salt of sea - ½ dessert spoon;
  • Vegetable oil odorless - 200 ml (for lubricating the pan and semi-finished products).

Preparation of the dough

The recipe for "Moscow buns" provides for the use of a yeast dough. It is with such a foundation that the products are especially lush, soft and tasty. To make it, you need to pour the fatty fresh milk into a saucepan and heat it to a steam temperature. Then in a warm milk drink should be poured sugar and mix it well until completely dissolved. After that, the liquid must be laid out with granular dry yeast and wait 16 minutes until they swell.

Also, the recipe for "Moscow buns" includes sea salt, chicken eggs and melted margarine. All these ingredients should be put in milk, and then mix well and pour in wheat flour.
