How to cook poached eggs with vinegar?

Necessary products and tools: raw eggs, water, 2 tablespoons of 6% vinegar, salt, saucepan, spoon-spoon, saucer (or bowl).

  1. Eggs beat well with a mixer or whisk with milk and salt.
  2. In a frying pan heat the oil and pour on it the egg mixture. Fry for 4-5 minutes.
