What will you immediately think about when you hear such a phrase as a "dish of zucchini"? For sure about zucchini caviar and the usual fried vegetable, well, perhaps, remember the stew. But from this seemingly unremarkable vegetable you can cook a variety of dishes: roast, casseroles, salads, pastries, preserves and even desserts. And how do you stuffed zucchini? It's just a miracle of miracles, stuff for such a dish can serve absolutely anything. And the most noteworthy in the dishes of this amazing vegetable is that they are tasty in any form: warm, hot, cold.

This is a truly amazing product, besides being low-calorie and easily digestible, contains a lot of useful substances, but it costs very little. We suggest you cook zucchini in sour cream with garlic. Preparing this dish is easy, but the taste and aroma can forever conquer a connoisseur of delicious and healthy food.

Preparation of products

Marrows in sour cream (with garlic) are more gentle, if you take a young vegetable, because he has a thin skin, which is easy enough to rinse well, and very tender flesh. But even "adult" fruits will do, they will need to cut off rough peel and remove seeds. The more zucchini is older, the harder it is to remove the peel, so be careful with a sharp knife. If the vegetable is too big, cut it first into several parts, so it will be easier to handle it. The core and seeds can easily be removed with a regular tablespoon.

To describe this dish, only three words are enough - easily, quickly, deliciously. Marrows in sour cream (with garlic) are not pre-fried in vegetable oil, due to which the dish turns out to be low-calorie, but at the same time satisfying, it is perfect even for those who watch their weight. Following this recipe, you can also prepare zucchini or eggplant.

Ingredients:

  • Two small young zucchini.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Slightly sliced greens (for example, parsley and dill).
  • Three cloves of garlic.
  • One glass of sour cream.
  • A 150-gram piece of hard cheese.
  • Spice.

Preparation

  1. Prepare zucchini in sour cream (with garlic) very easily. Wash vegetables, cut them with not too thick slices, 1-1.5 cm will be enough.
  2. Now you need a regular plastic bag. Fold in it a prepared chopped vegetable marrow, a handful of sliced greens, salt, a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil and spices (pepper). Screw the bag from above, leaving the air inside it, and gently rinse the contents. So zucchini evenly covered with spices, butter and greens.
  3. This is almost all. It remains to bake zucchini in sour cream in the oven. Warm up the cabinet to 220 degrees. Cover the baking tray with foil or paper, sprinkle vegetables on it and smooth them.
  4. Cheese grate on a fine grater and mix with sour cream, here too, you can add greens (it does not happen much), stir the mixture carefully and grease the fried zucchini. Bake the dish for no more than 20 minutes, the first 10 minutes of cooking a pan with a vegetable can be covered with foil.
  5. Ready zucchini, shift to a flat dish, squeeze garlic on vegetables, decorate with greens.

Helpful advice

Courgettes tend to bake a lot of moisture, sometimes it even has to be drained. To avoid watery dishes, prepared for baking sliced zucchini should be sprinkled with salt and let the fruit brew for 20 minutes. Just during this time, excess moisture will come out, it can be drained, and the zucchini themselves, after having been squeezed out, are used for their intended purpose.

The form of baked zucchini can be any, it is not necessary to cut the vegetable in circles.
