Tilapia in the oven with shrimps and cream

Ingredients:

Fillet of tilapia - 0.5 kg (about 3 pieces);

Shrimp - 27 pieces;

Cheese - 250 g;

Cream - 200 g;

Spinach - 150 g;

Potatoes - a few pieces;

Brokolli;

Carrots - 1 piece;

Onions - a few pieces;

Garlic - 4 lobules;

Green onions, dill;

Cherry tomatoes - a few pieces;

Soy sauce;

To begin with, tilapia needs to be seperated into halves, remove the remains of bones and sprinkle with spices, then sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for a while to insist.

Now we clean the potatoes and cook them until half cooked, we sit and cut them into cubes, then fry them in a skillet in butter butter. Carrots, onions, garlic are sliced and also fried in butter. Spinach is mixed with cream in a blender.

Now we form a puff dish for baking. At the bottom of the form we spread the fried potato cubes, then half the spinach sauce, the toped tilapia, then the onions with carrots and garlic. From above all this is covered with the remains of spinach sauce, then sprinkle with grated cheese, finely chopped greens and onions green. On the top we lay evenly shrimps, peeled in advance, and sprinkle with soy sauce. Now put half of the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle again with grated cheese. Place the dish in the oven for 45 minutes (180 degrees). When ready, sprinkle with greens before serving. Such tilapia in the oven will be an excellent festive dish in every home and will surely please all your guests.

Tilapia in the oven with potatoes

It should be noted that this way you can cook any other fish, for example, hake, cod, gerbil, mullet.

Ingredients:

Fillet of tilapia - 4 pcs .;

Potatoes - 5-6 pieces;

Onions - a few pieces;

Eggs - 2 pieces;

Flour - 3 table spoons;

vegetable oil;

Pepper, salt.

Cut finely onions and fry lightly on vegetable oil on a small fire. We put it in a bowl, let it cool down a little and add egg whites, a little pre-whipped. Also add pepper, salt and 1 tablespoon of flour. Potatoes grate, squeeze from the juice, which was formed and added to the proteins with onions. All is well mixed. Fillets of fish sprinkle with salt and crumble in flour. Then we lay on each piece of tilapia potatoes grated and pressed, fry in vegetable oil for about 15 minutes on both sides so that the fish is turned once. As a side dish, boiled rice is the best choice. Similarly, tilapia is cooked in the oven, only in this case it does not turn over, but is fried with a grill.

Tilapia in oven with sour cream sauce

Ingredients:

Fillet of tilapia - 0.5 kg;

Champignons - 10 pieces;

Sour cream - 3 table spoons;

Garlic - a few lobules;

Cheese - 150 g;

Lemon juice - 2 table spoons;

Salt, pepper, basil, dill;

Water - 4 table spoons.

First we prepare the sauce. In a bowl, pour out sour cream, squeeze out garlic, lemon juice, add salt, pepper and water. All carefully mixed.

Tilapia fillets are thawed and cut into small pieces, sprinkled with salt and put into cooked sauce for half an hour. Mushrooms cut thinly, sprinkle a little salt and fry in a pan until a golden crust.

We put the fish in a roasting dish, we spread the mushrooms on top, we pour all the sauce in which the fish was marinated. The dish is baked for about 18 minutes (150 degrees).

While the tilapia is cooked in the oven, rub the cheese on a grater and mix it with dill, basil and sprinkle the fish. Then put another few minutes in the oven.

You can also use for this recipe not only tilapia, but, for example, pollock or halibut. In any case, the stewed fish in the oven will turn out very tasty and useful.
