This requires a large sturgeon, 2 carrots, egg, 4 potatoes, 1 onion, lemon, 1 chilli, a little red currant, a can of olives, gelatin packing, a spoon of flour, different greens, sour cream, basic seasonings.

First you need to make the main foundation for the fish. It will be vegetable and jellied. To do this, the plate is laid out with greens, which is filled with jelly, prepared from gelatin. This will be a kind of decoration of the dish from sturgeon.

Now it's time to make a fish filling. To do this, all sorts of vegetables are crushed. Carrots rub, onions are crushed in cubes. All this is thoroughly quenched in a frying pan. Meanwhile, the potatoes are boiled in salt water and then transformed into puree, which is also added with flour, egg and green onions. Next, it's very simple to put half the mashed potatoes in the form of a flat cake, on top is carrots and chopped dill. This filling is again covered with the remaining mashed potatoes.

Sturgeon is cleaned, gets rid of all the entrails, is washed, salted and filled with potato stuffing. It should be placed very gently inward. The fish must necessarily be sewn with a thread (necessarily cotton). In this form, the sturgeon is baked in the oven, about 1 hour. In addition to the jellied greenery, the sturgeon is also decorated with sour cream, slices of fresh lemon, red currant and exotic olives.

Sturgeon in sour cream

Very fond of all baked dishes from sturgeon. It combines this snow-white fish with sour cream. Therefore, the idea of creating this recipe was born. For him, you need to take half a kilogram of sturgeon, 4 tablespoons of oil, 2 tsp. Flour, 2 onions, as many tomatoes and eggs, a few mushrooms, 250g of potatoes, a slice of cheese, sour cream, a little greens.

Cut into small pieces of sturgeon, salt, crumbles in flour and slightly fried from all sides. Therefore, it is time to prepare the sauce. For this, flour, butter and sour cream are passaged in the pan (approximately 1 packet). Half of the sauce should be poured onto a baking tray or into a baking dish. It puts fish, fried in oil onion rings and also cooked circles of tomatoes. Boiled eggs are cut in the form of round-shaped eggs and also stacked on top. The next layer will be champignons, buttered on butter.

Around the fish lay small potatoes. The whole dish is again filled with the rest of the sauce. Top is made of cheese. All this beauty is baked for 20 minutes in the oven, and then decorated with chopped herbs.

Barbecue

Dishes from sturgeon are so diverse that you can even cook shish kebab from this fish. It is believed that the best inhabitant of the water depths for shish kebab can not be found at all. Just make it right. You will need a fillet of sturgeon (about 1.5-2 kg), and for marinade:

Marinade is a mixture of wine, lemon juice, butter, seasonings and onions cut into rings. Small fish pieces fall into it. In this form, the future shish kebab is infused in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Vegetables are cut into pieces, comparable in size to fish. Shish kebab is formed as follows: put on alternately fish, pepper, fish, tomato, laurushka, etc. Fires all this beauty on hot coals until ready.
